I recently ate there on a Saturday for lunch and I have to say I was surprised! The Rolls in my opinion were delicious, as were the hamburgers and appetizers. I found the quality really good.

Italian sushi restaurant with many combinations and types of nighiri or other. Small portions, ordering by telephone (after staff approval), particular flavours. All in all the food is good but different from classic sushi. AYCE formula

Formula ayce in the evening. The raw materials seemed really low quality (I'm talking about fish.) The very elaborate dishes make you think that all those sauces/garnishes can mask the non-flavor of the fish. Good service. Nice environment.

I just apologized for having tried another sushi, accustomed to what is here raw... impossible to expect better things elsewhere. I would really like to make a petition to have it opened in Carpi too... 💜

I have lived in Modena for four years and Crudo is home for me. Delicious food, excellent ingredients, trained, professional and fast staff. Other sushi restaurants fail to fully meet my expectations like Crudo

I was there on a lunch break. Good and well prepared food. Fast service. Nice environment, maybe a little dark but okay. Excellent price/quality ratio.

The place is very welcoming and elegant. Friendly service, very good food and the wait is short. The only note is that when applying orders, the app allows you to view a history of orders without highlighting which of these have been served and which are waiting.

02/05/2025: Clienti abituali, negli anni ha mantenuto sempre lo stesso livello,cibo sempre ottimo e fresco,veloci e cortesi nel servire
31/03/2025: calm and well cared for environment. The menu, however, does not particularly stand out either for its originality or superior quality compared to the all-you-can-eat classics. The service is a little mixed, but overall acceptable. It didn't convince me at all.
