The best dinner I had during my holiday in Sicily. Truly excellent food with top quality meat and even the desserts and wine were impeccable, excellent service with the staff always attentive, friendly and kind. The value for money is also excellent. As a native of the area I can say that this restaurant has no equal compared to the others in the area. Highly recommended

Excellent experience in this place that Braciami Again and some friends had recommended to me. Very nice and hospitable place managed by Carmelo and his family, you can really see the passion in his work and in what he offers to his customers... appetizers (almost all cured meats I believe produced by them and typical cheeses of the area), very good tartare made with different types of meat cut freshly with a knife, the main dish: I took a rare Sakura Hanami recommended by Carmelo which melted in my mouth and to finish a citrus fruit dessert with babà on the bottom, excellent menu of wines, I would say everything was perfect (even the price, much lower than the standards given the excellent quality served). Definitely coming back, see you soon!

Healthy pioneering arrogance in Sicily. The only place to find real cuts of meat, and not mere working muscles, in Sicily. Tagliatore Carmelo is friendly, muscular and capable. Wonderful place and important selection of wines. We ate an Irish Angus and the meat was good. I reciprocate the arrogance of this place with my two cents: an internal temperature of 40-42 degrees for blood would have enhanced the cut and then a pinch of salt to season the internal parts would have been ad-hoc.

Great and cosy environment with very nice service. The staff is always patient and professional and can recommend both the food and the drinks with knowledge. I have been at this restaurant a couple of times and in both occasions the portions have been generous (but not too much), prices reasonable considering the food quality, the service and the portion and all food has been incredibly good. A perfect place for every great dinner!

Le recensioni su Tripadvisor, avevano creato in me molta aspettativa, tanto se ne parla bene di questo piccolo ristorante. Tutto confermato, anzi, si è andati oltre! La qualità delle loro materie prime è di assoluta eccellenza, molti salumi e formaggi sono loro produzione, nonché il pane, prodotto con farine di grani antichi siciliani e che non si finirebbe mai di mangiarlo, tanto è buono. La carne, di altissima qualità, è stata cotta alla perfezione, cosa che ne ha esaltato il già eccellente sapore. Non ultimo, il fatto che per noi è stata la prima volta, ma, a fine serata, ci è sembrato di conoscerci da una vita, tanto è la cortesia, la gentilezza e il garbo, con cui il cliente viene accolto. Alla fine anche Carmelo, il responsabile del settore carne, si è seduto al tavolo e ci ha dato molte informazioni sulle loro materie prime e sulla provenienza. Il locale è molto carino, pulito e, cosa molto importante, con i servizi igienici splendenti e con odori totalmente assenti. Il prezzo è assolutamente allineato con la qualità dell’offerta, pertanto lo ritengo giusto.
