What can I say, the environment is already a pampering, you feel at home, for those who love meat it is the ideal restaurant but also vegetarians will have alternatives, even though I am, I could not resist the smell of roast and I wanted to eat the chops 🤣, abundant dishes, excellent first courses, side dishes and second courses, the owners Carmelo and Angela and the staff are a love!

We visited Crudo Cotto e Mangiato, and the experience was truly excellent. We started with a carefully crafted first course and continued with an Irish Florentine steak: tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, one of the best we've ever tasted. The owner, a European bodybuilding champion and a passionate meat enthusiast, guided us through his vast selection, conveying all the passion and expertise that distinguish him. His expertise isn't limited to the kitchen, but is also reflected in his attention to detail and pursuit of the highest quality. At the end of the evening, he even sat down with us for a long, pleasant chat, a sign of great hospitality and customer service. The staff was friendly and professional, with attentive service. The value for money was also excellent, considering the high-quality ingredients. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an evening of good food, conviviality, and passion. Top-quality meat! Super knowledgeable butcher and a genuine character! The restaurant is beautiful and well-decorated, with refrigerators displaying various cuts of meat, cheeses, and cured meats. The only flaw is that when selling a 1.8kg steak, it should be weighed with a scale and not by eye, since it's over €100. No problem, but it's a tip for customer loyalty. I'd definitely go back tomorrow! Excellent wine list, quality selections at the right price! Well done!

We've been eating there for over two years. The service is always friendly and courteous, and the food is excellent. They can recommend the right types of meat based on your preferences, as they have an excellent and well-stocked butcher shop. The owner clearly cares about only the highest-quality meats, but the appetizers are also excellent, and their crema catalana is superb!

Non esiste un luogo dove si mangiano salumi e carne migliore. Ma anche il resto. Cucina eccellente. Ma la cosa che sublima il tutto è l'accoglienza di Angela e Carmelo. Consigliatissimo per un pranzo ottimo e sereno in famiglia ma senza cucinare e fare i piatti!!
