Local food, fixed menu and a good price for the food and the drinks.

Very nice and delicious. It was a surprise to find such a nice restaurant here, "at the end of the world." The view of Lake Lugano is magnificent. There's a cozy, large terrace and a wide lawn!

Good place, decent but not excellent food. Watch your directions.

Wonderful, traditional experience of Italian food and hospitality. We were visiting Megganio for a few nights from the UK, and this was definitely something different. No menu; you eat what is being made that evening. We called to reserve for the evening (end of August) and only two tables eating. So peaceful and such an experience away from the tourist spots of Lake Como.

Nice place, quiet and clean. Good food. Good platter of cured meats and cheeses and polenta concia. Price ok.

Somewhere between Menaggio and Porlezza, you drive up the mountain. And you drive and drive and drive. And 1,000 bends later, the road ends at a farmyard where you join the Italian family. The view of Porlezza is fabulous, as is the food. Authentic Italian, no menu, just what the wife prepares. With a bit of luck, you might see a deer, wild boar, or fox on the way back. Or all three! Highly recommended!

The location and view are amazing, the food is good and simple, and the price is very fair. The atmosphere is relaxing to say the least. The outdoor seating is beautiful with a wonderful view, completely immersed in nature. The fixed menu includes an appetizer of cold cuts, cheeses, and giardiniera, two first courses, two second courses, a sorbet, dessert, water, wine, and coffee for €27, portions are adequate. The only flaw is that we happened to have polenta taragna as a first course and regular polenta taragna as a side (polenta, however, was very good) with the meat. Now, here, I would have preferred roast potatoes or grilled vegetables. Next time I'll ask for the menu first and ask for a change if necessary.

We had a wonderful evening! Very pleasant welcome and service, and quality products. And a beautiful, unobstructed view!

A superb, unique experience! We ate extremely well, with a special mention for the delicious charcuterie and cheese!

Se cercate un posto genuino, con i sapori della tradizione MA con opzioni vegane o vegetariane, siete nel posto giusto! Finalmente un crotto di montagna con un menù inclusivo, porzioni abbondanti e prezzi piú che onesti! Siamo rimasti soddisfattissimi, è un piccolo paradiso nel quale torneremo sicuramente. La vista sul lago di Lugano è SPETTACOLARE. Ps: avvisare prima se si è vegani, prepareranno qualcosa di buono, dall'antipasto al secondo incluso :)
