Good food, we ate polenta with porcini mushrooms and polenta with rabbit, fair price, atmosphere... a bit cold, however I can't leave a negative review, but I wouldn't go back

Amazing place! The fish was fresh and perfectly cooked, and the pasta was a work of art. You can feel that all the dishes were made with love. The cozy atmosphere and excellent service added to the pleasant experience. We will definitely come back more than once!

The restaurant's strong point is undoubtedly its enchanting lakeside location, but unfortunately the service doesn't quite match the view... All the staff who served us were rude; they got one order wrong and didn't even apologize, blaming each other. With more appropriate hospitality, it would be an excellent restaurant.

Finding the pesat on such a vast menu was already a wonderful surprise, followed by a plate of macaroni with mushrooms and goat cheese. Traditional dishes that are as simple as they are delicious. Hooray!

12/10/2025: A reunion with former classmates for pizza: nice atmosphere and a small but delicious pizza. Good service.
10/10/2025: We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is very quiet, 50 minutes from Como and Lugano, and the inn is very nice. The rooms are clean and very nice. The staff are very friendly, and the restaurant and pizzeria are very popular, with very good food and reasonable prices. The pizza is good. Free coffee and water are available from the vending machines. The breakfast is good, but I could probably improve it a little. The breakfast lady was very kind and helpful. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it.

22/07/2025: Excellent food, we had a blast. Perfect service from Rosalia. A gem in Varese. Go for it!
02/06/2025: Not an interesting building with a tiny parking lot, but the interior is old and elegant. Three appetizers, two first courses, a second course, two desserts, water and two drinks, about €40 per person. Everything was very good, my gnocchi with parmesan cream and truffle flakes were worth the visit alone. Too bad we were all practically teetotalers, because the sommelier has certifications hanging everywhere. The place is a bit cold, I recommend a sweater.
