On Sunday lunchtime, the restaurant was very crowded, and the service struggled to keep up with the demands of the many tables. Ossobuco and sciat were very good, but the pizzoccheri weren't up to par, and the flavor of the braised meat was completely drowned out by the taste of the wine.

We had a fantastic dining experience at Crotto del Meo. The service was excellent, fast, and friendly, even though we were a group of 15. The place is authentic, with attention to detail, and you feel like you're in a real crotto.
All the dishes were delicious! Pizzoccheri, chat, polenta taragna, mushrooms, ribs...all delicious. And to finish, an excellent apple pie.
The quality-price ratio was more than fair. We felt pampered and treated very well. We highly recommend it!

The Fontina cheese made my tongue vibrate. The menu is simple, but each ingredient is carefully chosen and of exceptional quality. The staff is welcoming and kind... The location and the surrounding nature are stunning! Thank you!

The experience is worth all the hairpin bends it takes to get there! Since the change of ownership, the food has been excellent, good value, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Highly recommended!

The cuisine and ambiance are simple yet impeccable. My partner and I tried the tasting menu featuring bresaola, sciatt, and pasta dishes, including pizzoccheri and tagliatelle with game ragù. The quality is top-notch, and the staff is incredibly kind and attentive. We'll be back soon to try the rest of the menu!

My girlfriend and I arrived in Perledo on Saturday evening after an 8-hour drive and were craving some food. Since it was late, we didn’t want to get back in the car, so Crott del Meo was the only restaurant we could reach on foot that was still open. When we arrived, the waiter told us there were no tables left – although two tables were visibly free. I also asked if it would be possible to order something for takeaway and explained our situation, but this was refused as well. Unfortunately, the staff showed no empathy, which was very disappointing, especially as we were really hungry. Overall, we found the service to be very unfriendly and unhelpful.

Located on the hills overlooking the lake, Crott del Meo has ample free parking near the restaurant. The restaurant itself is pleasant, but our dinner was accompanied by constant, sustained noise due to the cramped space in the dining room. I personally only ordered a second course, and despite specifying that I'd only order that, I had to wait over an hour for all my guests' appetizers and first courses to arrive before I could eat anything. The quality of the food is good, but the size of the dishes for the price is a little less so.

Sono stato a cena sabato sera con mia moglie e siamo stai benissimo. Ottimi i piatti che abbiamo preso, tagliere super e risotto davvero buonissimo. Il vino della casa è una bomba, perfetto per le pietanze e la location. Complimenti hai titolari sempre disponibili e davvero bravi a gestire questo bel crotto, con passione e dedizione. Torneremo sicuramente.

Restaurant très excentré en pleine nature tout en haut de Varennes, en y arrive après pas mal de virages. La décoration est rustique et agréable.
Le service est aimable et la carte appétissante. Le risotto est très bon.
Le choix de dessert est très limité en fait il y en a qu'un.
Les prix sont corrects.
