Dawat Restaurant was an absolute surprise in the best way. The food was exceptionally tasty and truly amazing — far better than expected. The staff were extremely polite and attentive; they specifically asked about our preferred spice levels and made sure everything was just right. Every dish was full of flavor and felt freshly prepared. If you’re in Florence and craving great Indian food, this place is a must visit. Highly recommended!

food is just awesome. my recommendations: tandoori pizza tikka masala gravy butter chicken tandoori roti mix vegetable gravy dal was just okay, just awesome zbrdst taste of the things in mentioned above . totally worth it. visited 4 times while we stayed in florence

Ristorante Pizzeria Acone

25/01/2026: Excellent food. The Aconese sauce is overpowering with too many different flavors, but it's definitely good! The new Acone olive oil is excellent. The cured meats are good, but the crostini are a bit less so. The table wine is good, definitely superior to the usual gut-burning Tuscan ones. The desserts are excellent, all homemade. Fast and courteous service. Excellent value. The only problem is that it's a bit far from the city. An experience to repeat!
19/01/2026: I came back here on Saturday evening even though it's a bit far from home, but I took the opportunity to take a tour of Mugello. Like the other times, the welcome was excellent and the dishes were high-quality at a reasonable price. We'll be back soon because I saw the tagliata with porcini mushrooms.
