Cris & Bio In Bari

Cristiano is a special person and his pizzas represent him fully, thin, crispy and full of flavor. Gianni is superb. Young, kind and prepared staff. Light and relaxing atmosphere. An evening to repeat.

On Saturday evening we decided to try Cris & Bio, attracted by the interesting proposals on the menu and the curiosity to try something different. The place, despite it being a Saturday evening, was not particularly crowded: several tables remained empty throughout the evening, which surprised us a bit. The food, overall, was decent. Nothing exceptional, but not disappointing either. However, there were some aspects that left a little to be desired. In particular, we asked to replace the baobab dough on a pizza with the classic dough, a change that was categorically denied "because changes cannot be made on Saturdays". Now, I understand that on a busy Saturday night it can be tricky, but with so many free tables, we would have expected a little more flexibility. Furthermore, the pizza in question arrived at the table decidedly burnt, a detail that affected our experience. A plus point certainly goes to the desserts: the semifreddo and tiramisu were delicious, well balanced and really tasty, a much better ending than the main courses. Unfortunately, the next day two of us had some stomach problems, nothing serious, but enough to make us think a little about the quality of the ingredients or the preparation. Ultimately, Cris & Bio has potential, but Saturday night's experience left us a little perplexed. Perhaps it is worth trying again during the week, when the turnout is even lower and perhaps there is greater willingness to meet customer requests. We would definitely like to try some different dishes and give them another chance, but with a little more attention to detail

I think everything about this place is really beautiful, especially recommended and the staff is very attentive to you.

We stopped late in the evening for a pizza, we were greeted by polite staff, excellent service. The pizza menu is vast and meets every need, highly recommended.

You won't find such fun karaoke anywhere else 😉 The pizza and service were also excellent 🤙🏽

Conosco cri & bio da anni , essendo del posto ho suggerito la pizzeria a mia cugina che non essendo di Bari non lo conosceva ho fatto ciò per la varietà degli impasti e delle pizze !! Consigliato ottimo ambiente, tranquillo e ottimo personale ! Un plauso a Christian il cameriere per la professionalità con quale ha gestito l ordinazione e per come ci ha suggerito alcune pietanze del menu .

Posto accogliente, spazioso e ben arredato. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Pir essendo un sabato sera il servizio é stato efficiente e i tempi di attesa nella norma. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro
