I discovered the Criollo gelateria-bistro by chance and was truly impressed. I'll quickly overlook the beautifully decorated and furnished space, which I thoroughly enjoyed, with tables and chairs scavenged from flea markets and expertly put together (everything, including the bathroom, was impeccably clean). But, of course, the gelato! I wanted to try the sugar-free one (it's the ultimate test for a gelato shop, believe me) and I can honestly say: I've never had such good sugar-free gelato! Even the sugar-free whipped cream! I appreciated the quality of the chocolate and pistachio: superb! The gelato had the perfect consistency, just a touch grainier, just enough to make you appreciate the texture of what you're eating. Of course, the chocolate was fantastic, but you expect that from a gelato maker who named her place that way. The pistachio and hazelnut were also truly excellent (my children got the sugar-free one, of course, and this flavor with sugar was also perfect, not at all cloying). About the Owner: a passionate and knowledgeable artisan. She wasn't annoying when she spoke to us, very restrained in her manner but never lacking in kindness and courtesy. The overall atmosphere was wonderful. The price, too, was honestly super competitive considering the fantastic quality of the product. I'll be back, of course. But I highly recommend trying it at least once.

I was looking for a Keto ice cream shop and it just so happened that Google recommended this one, which is in front of my old school! I can say that the keto ice cream is delicious, but everything else will be too! I will be back, Omar at the counter is very kind!

If I could Simona 10 stars, I would. I celebrated my birthday with an aperitivo here and I am SO GLAD I did! Every single person loved the food and appreciated her creative genius with flavors so much. Her thoughtfulness to decorate the table, take care of us, serve us food at the perfect time - I couldn’t have asked for a better host to celebrate my birthday at. The wine was amazing, cheeses fab and her choice of food to serve too. Grazie Mille Simona! So happy I met you and will 10000% be a regular customer for a long long time ❤️

Excellent ice cream, quality with real, authentic taste. Plus a particular variety of flavors, both sweet and savory, vegan and sugar-free. And Simona is always friendly and available to explain and answer questions. The shop is also very nice, with various types of seats and tables and free to read for adults and children while comfortably enjoying the ice cream. Highly recommended and one of my few favorites!

Crazy ice cream, the best tasted to date, it feels like immersing yourself in a culinary experience. I tasted flavors I had never tried before, including extra virgin olive oil and Marsala zabaglione. A pleasure. Highly recommended

We celebrated my son's birthday at Criollo, already on the phone you can sense Simona's availability and tranquility and the way she deals with people, the party, more than a party, is an experience in which the children can try their hand at culinary workshops which is not common in all rooms, In addition to this it also offers the classic entertainment (in competition with another girl) and a small snack for the guests (children) She was also excellent from a management point of view.
