Business trip for technical assistance. I stayed in this very very convenient hotel as it is on the main road of Grosseto, 2 steps from the Aurelia road. Very welcoming and professional both at the reception and the breakfast staff the next day. The rooms for a 3 star are spacious. The bathrooms recently renovated very well kept and equipped with shampoo and schower-gel. Comfortable bed and very positive note in the rooms facing the road and back the large balconies with a chair and table. The room was very clean and everything in the context of the hall and common services. Two steps from the center, like 5 minutes by car. Over 30 non-covered car parking spaces in the structure and 2 E-charger stations

Guest for 2 nights. Excellent welcome and helpfulness of the staff at the reception. There were no problems for the dog in tow. I was immediately contacted having forgotten the purse in the hall. Convenient and large parking.

Visited Crespi for a week's work trip. The reception staff provided excellent service, if I were to go back it would only be up to them. But unfortunately I experienced ants in the room without having food and drink around the room when I put this in the fridge. They were under and around the bed and in the bathroom. The breakfast is good, but little choice. Cute little hotel by the side of the road. No pavement so you have to walk in the road until you find a pavement. There is no lighting along the road so it is not recommended to walk there in the dark. All in all I liked the hotel, but do not want to stay with reptiles in the room.
