All the ice cream I ate in Italy was bad. All of them were flavored, dyed and sugary products. This was my favorite ice cream parlor. There were 3 types of pistachio products that I ate, but they never used what we call 1st Quality pistachios in Turkey. Only one of the three types of pistachio products contained pistachio grains, the others were pistachio ice cream but did not contain pistachio grains. The product called lemon sorbet was a product containing plenty of citric acid. I tasted the strawberry product and I liked it very much, it was a sorbet.

Creamy and tasty ice cream but terrible service. The store was empty and it seems that the 2 young girls who served us were bothered by us entering the store. Bad manners, bad faces and zero help in choosing flavors. We went to the store on 02/20/2025 around 3:00 p.m.

Arriving from Spain with the intention of trying a good ice cream, we found a very improvable service where the workers seemed angry. Their faces and their responses expressed it. It's a shame, since the ice creams are good, to lose customers due to the treatment received. The best Lotus and pistachio flavors.

Came here for gelato, it was good, shop was busy. You get to try the flavours before you purchase them. All the tour guides stop here on their tours, so you can expect a queue throughout the day.

Buonissima ed alla avanguardia...hanno anche la possibilità di avere i totem per il pagamento elettronico con la scelta del gelato si parte da 3,5€ per coppetta a due gusti
