I really like their ice cream, but this is the second time I've asked them to put more of one flavor in the tub than the other, and they say yes, but don't. The same thing happened once with an order on Just Eat (I wrote it in the notes). Either they have a very short attention span, or is it a policy they've been given regarding certain flavors being more expensive than others? I don't know, but I don't like it. I'll be coming less often.

09/09/2025: Omg, such good ice cream, and on our last day in Bologna 😭. Mare di Pistacio is simply divine, and the Pesca/Passion Fruit is a flavor explosion in your mouth. I love it. The service is super friendly, and everything is very clean. Thank you so much
