In my opinion the best ice cream shop in Bologna... I highly recommend the yoghurt flavored cone mixed with melted chocolate, truly a spectacle!

Excellent ice cream but orders as stiff and cold as the temperature of the ice cream. I come back for the quality but certainly not for the kindness, maybe a smile and a good morning would be appreciated instead of stressing over and over again to go to an ATM as soon as you open the door because their ATM hasn't worked for more than an hour. (But it's not my fault if I only have the one with me and I didn't know that you had problems with the ATM, you still have to greet me like I did when I entered). After having used the ATM and returned with the cash, I would like to be greeted with a good morning, even if you saw me 5 minutes before and were asked to go and get some cash, it is a question of politeness and above all given that I was not greeted even on the first around, but almost attacked by their alarmed tone about the ATM not working... to get some cash! It's obvious that I pay for the ice cream if I want it, in fact I went to get the cash without making a fuss but I was taught at school, at home and at work that when you enter a room you say hello, especially the customers. 3 of them were more worried about me going to get the money and there was only one who had said hello or thanked me. I take education for granted, kindness would be very welcome.

Fabulous ice cream, delicious vegan flavors of pistachio and mango. Too bad there isn't even a bathroom to wash your hands.
