The best ice cream in Bologna! In addition to the usual sorbets, they also offer vegan pistachio, hazelnut, and chocolate ice creams...simply delicious! The milk flavors are also imaginative and very tasty. The small portion is larger than expected, and Paolo is very friendly and chatty. Highly recommended!

The whipped cream is AMAZING... Too bad it's almost always gone!!! The Rock flavor isn't bad either. The other flavors are good, but nothing special. The guys are kind and friendly.
