Very good ice cream! I thought it was one of the best I've ever eaten. And the staff was courteous, very kind and professional. I personally recommend it to everyone. The varieties available are excellent and the flavors are always up to date and excellent

Cremeria Cecconi is truly excellent! The ice cream is delicious, especially the strawberry and pistachio flavors – really creamy and full of flavour. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Furthermore, the prices are fair. Highly recommended!

Got 1/2 pistacchio 1/2 stracciatella. It was absolutely delicious. Price is 3€. Very good ice cream cone as well. It can get quite crowded but it's worth the wait.

Wow. I eat ice cream everywhere and this was definitely one of the best. I tried their fior di latte (which had a special name) and riccotta, both were excellent

Best and most authentic gelato I’ve ever had. The pistachio and nocciola both had amazing flavours, both unique in their own ways. Very creamy, very tasty, good portions, very cheap (3 euro for 2 scoops). Highly recommended. The almond with coffee was also amazing, but over all everything looked amazing.

03/05/2025: Divine dinner!! Delicious food, ribollita with the genuine flavor of the past and difficult to find nowadays. Delicious paccheri and truly delicious brownies with mascarpone cream. Thanks to all the staff for the kind and super friendly service! We will definitely be back.

22/05/2025: Absolutely delightful! This is the second time we have experienced the beautiful food of Mater. The whole experience is exceptional - beautifully presented, exceptional service and stunning views. 😊
18/05/2025: One wonders: but why, when I go to Casentino, do I always come here? Shouldn't I try some other place? Simple, it's essential. Excellent cuisine, fine and masterful but extremely respectful of the raw materials; attentive and thoughtful service but not suffocating; amazing location and delicious rooms or suites where you can crash after abundant libations, without jeopardizing your license and criminal record... and then you could fall in love with Marta, queen of the dining room. In short: I will always come back here, but... sooner or later I have to carve out a couple of days, because I would also like to try the simpler cuisine of the Locanda dei Baroni, but without giving up a dinner at the Mater! P.S. However, even if you have installed the charging station, I will not come with the electric Porsche!!!
