In my opinion there are no ice cream shops this good in the world!!! There is not a day that I pass by Polignano and stop to eat their fantastic ice cream

Trattoria Terra Madre

16/06/2025: We were recommended to visit Terre Madre and it did not disappoint. The service was outstanding, atmosphere - relaxing and the ingredients were super fresh. They have a herb/vegetable garden which guests have a full view of. In terms of flavour, there were a couple of hits and misses. Overall though it was a very memorable meal. Vegetarian friendly as most of their dishes are pure veggies only. Worth a visit if you're in the area.
