We discovered the ice cream parlor while walking past and then went in. The owner seemed rather disinterested to us. He didn't really listen when we ordered our ice cream, he preferred to talk to another gentleman. The ice cream was very tasty and you can tell from the consistency that no emulsifiers are used.

The boss is very kind and the food is delicious😋

Found this place while waiting for laundry to finish. Mare di pistachio was the best pistachio gelato I've tried. Great selection of flavours here.

We got a cone with pistacchio and cioccolato fondente, and a cup with banana and vegan pistacchio. All flavours tasted mostly like frozen sugar water. The woman working there wasn't very kind either. Wouldn't recommend this place

The ice cream is very tasty and the owner is one of a kind, he immediately judges you in his own way, recommends flavors based on the country you came from, not everyone may like it, but for me it is a wonderful, real Bolognese experience :D I recommend other opinions and answers on Google, (especially the worse ones) old school - but better old school than sweet marketing talk

What a wonderful three weeks in Bologna! I discovered this Gelato when I was doing laundry next door. I have tried 7 or 8 restaurants and this one is my favorite! Moreover, the boss is very nice and always greets me with a smile. When I order food in the broken Italian I learned in three weeks, he listens to me patiently. The taste is different from other pistachios that are rich and dense. The pistachio flavor of this store also has pistachio fragments, so the taste has more layers! I have tasted mediterraneo Mediterranean flavor, pistachio mare di pistacchio, mango mango, Otello otello (black cherry, chocolate chips, liqueur), lemon limone, berry frutti di bosco. Among them, mediterraneo is my favorite. Mixed with almond con mandorla, pistachio pistacchio, honey e miele, it is refreshing and not greasy, highly recommended! I said goodbye to the boss before leaving, and the boss also said that I would see you again if I have a chance in the future! I hope I can go back to Bologna to eat there a few times in the future!

In Bologna there are many good ice cream shops and I myself recommend trying the ice cream, as well as other more well-known and recognized specialties (lasagne, tortellini, etc.). The difference between this and other ice cream parlors is not only the quality of the ice cream but also the creativity of the owner who often offers new flavours, which you will not find elsewhere and which will surprise you (once, last summer, the "delizia" flavor was proposed lemon"!!!).
