Simply wow. I was passing through this small town and stumbled upon this restaurant. The gentleman was very welcoming, professional, and very kind. Each dish has its own story and is a blend of Sardinian tradition and cutting-edge cuisine. Without losing sight of its roots, the chef transports you to culinary paradise. I was so grateful to have stumbled upon it by chance. Thank you for your hospitality and for what you offer.

We had dinner at this restaurant on Saturday night! We were welcomed by Mauro, who then followed us with the service throughout the dinner with professionalism, courtesy, friendliness and that human warmth that makes you feel immediately at home! We could choose between a tasting menu or choose from the à la carte menu, the peculiarity is that much of what they offer is of their own production and the rest are still products of the highest quality! We had two appetizers, two first courses and dessert, it was all exquisite, you can immediately understand that it is a refined cuisine and studied in the smallest details, a choice that in such a small town I found very courageous but certainly a winning one! Recommended on all fronts!!

We tried 8 dishes in total, everything is amazing, each dish had unique taste, flavour and textures! All dishes were first to try for us. Hope to come again. Many thanks for fine dinning experience.

Locale graziosissimo e molto curato, personale accogliente e preparato. Tipica cucina Sarda rivisitata in maniera magistrale; grande esaltazione di sapori.
