I came to Sassari to present my guest book of the beautiful Entula festival and the organizers took me to have dinner here. Welcoming venue and professional, friendly and attentive staff. I'm happy I came and I hope to return!

March 2023: We were at the Covo del Conte on the occasion of the second Sassari Knife Exhibition organized by them. It was supposed to be a seafood-based menu but there was a spectacular off-menu item that made me very happy as I don't often have the opportunity to eat Favata Sassarese. Congratulations, they eat very well and they know how to make you smile.

I've never had a sausage pizza before and was thrilled when I tried it! Crispy fluffy edge, juicy delicious pizza. So delicious!!! A great restaurant.

Excellent experience, a colleague of mine and I stopped for lunch, as we were in Sassari for work. As an appetizer we took raw ham and buffalo mozzarella and as a second course we had grilled squid. The food was all very good, the raw materials used are excellent! We will definitely return when we return here to Sassari. Advised!

30/08/2024: Arriving at 7 without reservation, we were welcomed. We first devoured the huge board to share for only 25 euros. Then for the main course, the pizzas were excellent and the meat was perfectly cooked. Finally, a shame about dessert, there was no more tiramisu, we still really enjoyed the pana cota. Thank you for the great welcome and kindness throughout the meal, despite the language barrier!

27/07/2024: The place is certainly of a high standard, a little too much for those who perhaps think of finding the hospitality of a restaurant, the prices are decidedly high, but at the same time I can say that the food is of quality
