we used a Smart box for 2 days of relaxation. The b&b is located in the greenery on a hill, a quiet place, far from the noise of the city. The people are friendly and helpful. The simple rooms (there is no air conditioning in summer). The food is excellent and plentiful. Recommended for those who want to relax for 2.3 days. Worth seeing nearby are the wonderful Frasassi Caves.

01/01/2025: We were guests on New Year's Eve and were very positively surprised in every respect! Food, service and ambience very positive. The prices are also absolutely okay. Come back anytime!

30/12/2024: Very good food. A relaxed place to spend a nice time in lively Venice. The prices are very good. The staff and the boss were attentive and polite.
