13/12/2023: We stayed at 12 Apostoli last Saturday. The dinner was fantastic and we enjoyed it to the fullest. Truly congratulations! Fabulous dishes with contrasting flavors that left you amazed! However, working in the sector, certain details were noticed, details that I would not have expected in a 2 Michelin star hotel. Very friendly and helpful but above all prepared waiters, even the sommelier who more than once found herself serving us and explaining the courses; unexpected failure to change napkins for dessert; but a detail that really made me open my eyes were the sneakers of two boys, certainly commis/runners, even if this does not justify them and even the trousers of another girl (chef de rang) which showed an ankle span. I understand very well that these are precautions that not everyone notices, especially those in the profession, but certainly in such a context I wouldn't have imagined it, also because the presence in the room is the first one is seen and the grooming should be impeccable, from the hair to shoes. Having said that, congratulations to all the staff who have always been kind and attentive to everything but especially to the Chef who we also had the pleasure of meeting! A thousand thanks.
