Well, there's always room for improvement at this place, especially in the menu presentation when it's delivered, so the customer knows what they can and can't order. You hand over the menu and display what's ACTUALLY there! Not having a glass of white wine in Sicily 🥶 what's the point? Otherwise, the grill is plentiful and varied, the service is good, the guy who tries to satisfy the customer and the owner is great! 💪

We were looking for something with meat for my partner (because I always prefer fish). That's how we found this place. It was so worth it! Nice service, everyone was super friendly. All of our food was worthy of five stars. But what went before us to the other tables was also great. Very good portions. We weren't the only ones who took the leftovers home. 😁 Highly recommended. 👍🏼👍🏼

A charming restaurant, excellently managed by the superb Ignazio. A good selection of dry-aged and undulated meats. Delicious first courses, charmingly served in small pans and perfectly cooked by Giusy. Anyone visiting Sciacca can't miss Cotto e Mangiato. Highly recommended!!!

The steak was perfectly prepared, very tender, and cooked to perfection. The hamburger was also extremely tasty, with juicy meat that was cooked to a lovely pink. Absolutely fantastic value for money—I highly recommend it!

21/11/2025: Had the pleasure of dining at Sal8 while in Agrigento, and it genuinely impressed us. The atmosphere blended casual and upscale in the best way, and the service was excellent — warm and attentive — with a small but well-curated menu. We ordered the house-made ricotta ravioli with a buttery, creamy pistachio and almond Parmesan pesto, and it was outstanding — perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. We also enjoyed the pasta with clams, the true treasure of the sea — unforgettable in every way. Overall, a memorable dining experience and absolutely worth a return visit. Saluti

04/11/2025: High-quality, well-prepared food. Good wine. Good tuna tartare. The beef fillet was tender. The tagliatelle with mushrooms was flavorful, featuring porcini mushrooms, which is unusual.
