Sono cliente da anni di questo locale che rappresenta uno dei fiori all’occhiello del quartiere delle Valli, in attività da tanti anni, molto conosciuto, apprezzato e frequentato. È difficile, infatti, trovare in un unico negozio una proposta alimentare così ampia: bar, pasticceria, salumeria, gastronomia, prodotti da forno e generi alimentari di altissimo livello. Tra questi si trovano: alimenti freschi, come burro, formaggi, salumi, ma anche pasta, riso, legumi, farina, olio, aceto, tè, caffè, spezie, salse e molte altre produzioni semiartigianali non facilmente reperibili. Per quanto riguarda la gastronomia, voglio sottolineare l’elevata qualità dei piatti pronti, con diverse preparazioni come primi piatti, secondi e contorni vari. Si può mangiare all'esterno, ben riparati, ma ci sono tavoli all'interno È perfetto per una pausa pranzo in una zona prevalentemente residenziale in cui i bar ed i locali di questo tipo non abbondano e raramente eccellono. Un doveroso omaggio a Elisabetta, l’anima del locale, e alla loro pizza il cui impasto non ha paragoni: bianca, con variazioni, scrocchiarella, oppure ripiena di salumi e formaggi è veramente imbattibile! Per la pasticceria c'è veramente l'imbarazzo della scelta, con una proposta veramente unica e variabile, a seconda dell’estro del pasticcere, che offre, accanto ai dolci tipici, un’infinita varietà di dolci creativi. In estrema sintesi la mia definizione è: stile, serietà, grande assortimento, equità dei prezzi, accoglienza e cortesia dei proprietari. Consigliatissimo! Come diceva un famoso slogan pubblicitario: Costrini per chi non si accontenta.

A fitting tribute to Elisabetta, the soul of the place, and to their pizza whose dough is unparalleled: white, with variations, crunchy, or filled with cured meats and cheeses, it is truly unbeatable! For pastries you are truly spoiled for choice, with a truly unique and variable offering, depending on the creativity of the pastry chef, who offers, alongside typical desserts, an infinite variety of creative desserts. In a nutshell, my definition is: style, seriousness, great assortment, fair prices, hospitality and courtesy of the owners. Highly recommended!
