The cutlet is always crispy and tasty, really well done, and the vegetables are very fresh and cooked with care. The place is welcoming, the staff kind and professional. You can feel the quality, even in the simple dishes.

01/12/2025: Both for lunch with first courses, second courses, side dishes and desserts, all infinitely delicious 🤤, and for dinner with pizza, we had a really good time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
20/10/2025: This has become a regular stop when we're in Subiaco. Excellent food (yesterday, porcini ravioli with chopped pistachios), friendly service, and highly recommended. Reservations are essential!
