17/11/2025: We finally tried (with the excuse of a voucher) the typical trattoria Porcavacca, and it was a very pleasant surprise. From the moment you enter, you can feel a family atmosphere, thanks to the warmth, kindness, and helpfulness of the owners, always eager to make guests feel at home.
The cuisine fully reflects the authenticity of the place: genuine and carefully selected ingredients are found in every dish. We started with a truly delicious hot/cold appetizer, full of typical local products, carefully prepared and just the right amount of filling.
The first courses were the real highlight:
Tagliatelle alla parmigiana, creamy and flavorful, prepared with fresh ingredients.
Scilatelle alla silana with tomato sauce, porcini mushrooms, and sausage, a rich and fragrant dish with an intense and well-balanced flavor.
The portions are generous and the overall quality is high, especially considering the average and absolutely affordable prices, which is not a given these days.
A trattoria definitely worth a visit: excellent food, an authentic atmosphere, and wonderful people. We'll definitely be back!
25/10/2025: The atmosphere is small but welcoming. Kudos also to the service; the guys were really kind.
The food is really good, the quality of the meat is perfect, and it's cooked perfectly! They bring standard steak knives, but just a touch of them and the meat slices itself, incredibly tender! Perfectly cooked, whether well done or medium.
I highly recommend it.
We had three slices of Cuberoll for a total of about 800 grams of meat, two bottles of water, a tomato salad, and a portion of Sila potatoes for a total of €90, but believe me, it's worth it!
