04/05/2025: Relaxing environment, beautiful view. Young and very kind staff

03/05/2025: It is a good compromise between a structure for families with children and an elegant mountain hotel. We noticed the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, both when booking and upon our arrival. The hotel is clean, offers various services for children such as recreational activities, and at meals they can eat with their parents or with each other at small tables. The food is good and there is enough choice at the buffet (however, I can't say whether it is varied because we only stayed one day and one night) The restaurant, like the rooms (including the bathroom), have been modernized with attention to detail (unpretentious but tasteful furnishings). The only flaw is that the rooms are not soundproofed and you can hear quite a bit of voices and noises from the neighbors and from the landing. The spa is quite small, but well maintained. If there were also a small hydromassage pool it would be perfect... The price is in line with the quality of the service offered. For us it was a positive experience and we were pleased to see the attention that the staff paid to our child. Greetings to the animators Luca and Veronica 💖
