A charming restaurant in the north of the island, distinguished by its authentic cuisine. The dishes are fresh, simple, and full of flavor—ideal for lovers of traditional Italian cuisine. I simply had to try the octopus salad and was not disappointed. The main courses were very good. The fig-based cheesecake perfectly rounds off the culinary experience. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, and the staff provides a warm welcome. A place where you feel at home and can enjoy authentic Ponza cuisine.

If it weren't for it, it wouldn't be worth coming to Ponza. Fried octopus, just for the fun of it, two swordfish tagliolini dishes that were nothing short of sumptuous, and then the mixed roast consisting of swordfish and amberjack steaks, squid, scampi, and two melt-in-the-mouth red shrimp. A delicious sautéed escarole, and the icing on the cake, the ricotta and fig jam tart. We ordered two for Saturday evening, when we return to this restaurant which, after three years of coming to Ponza, I consider the best, in terms of quality and preparation, of the island's restaurants. Enjoy your meal.

The only restaurant we've been to twice in a week, it's definitely worth coming here for dinner. The staff are great, the location is great, the food is perfect and well-presented, and the value is excellent. It's a shame that we didn't find all the items on the menu available both evenings. We'll be back again soon!! The paccheri were cooked to perfection, tasty and flavorful, like everything else!

We had dinner at this place in early August, very good appetizers... seared octopus plated on puree and crostini and caramelized onion and then grilled squid, we moved on to the first courses where we received some very good fusilli with aubergines and paccheri with swordfish, then for the second course a fried shrimp and squid... side dish of baked potatoes... dessert and coffee... bitter... in short, a pleasant surprise... we ate divinely... recommended.

Returning to Davide and Lea is always a pleasure. A typical Ponza restaurant with local cuisine, a welcoming atmosphere (recently renovated), and top-notch food. If you let Davide guide you in your choices, you'll have an incredible experience. We recommend sampling all the appetizers. Excellent value. Reservations recommended.

A+++! Highly recommended. Okay, it's not one of the most geographically exposed places to the sunset... but who cares, we had a PERFECT DINNER!! The staff was incredibly kind; we took advice from the owner, who never messed up a dish... everything was EXCELLENT! He was truly kind and friendly! Fresh fish, expertly cooked... and very fair prices!! We'll definitely be back and recommend it to everyone!!!

Super fresh fish and authentic, home-grown food, from the olives to the catch. The staff and owner are kind and welcoming. Definitely a gastronomic stop for those who want to sample island cuisine.

11/12/2025: A very rustic place with a huge fireplace in full view, where they cook textbook meat dishes. I had a lovely medium-rare rib-eye steak, tender and juicy, accompanied by a focaccia cooked with lard. The place is very busy, and reservations are mandatory well in advance. I've been back three more times, and I can fully confirm my impressions.
08/12/2025: AMBIENCE: Last Friday I went to eat at this restaurant located at Via Appia 38. As soon as I entered, I noticed how spacious and well-maintained it was. A large fire was burning, its crackling sound seeming to set the pace for my steps. The tables were set, full of customers already enjoying the restaurant's dishes. I was greeted by a waitress who professionally led me to my table. EXPERIENCE: As a welcome gift, I was brought bruschetta drizzled with olive oil. The crunchiness of the bread and the acidic flavor of the olive oil were a pleasant start to my dinner. I ordered a pasta dish with creamed broccoli and sausage. The pasta's texture was pleasant, and the silky creamy broccoli paired perfectly with the bold flavor of the sausage. For my second course, I ordered rare sirloin steak and baked potatoes on the side. Even before the meat was brought to my table, I had the opportunity to watch the chef arrange it on the stove, an experience I found both interesting and enjoyable. Once ready, it was brought to me immediately. The sirloin was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the meat was rare, just as I'd requested, and the baked potatoes were perfect, seasoned with rosemary, which gave the potatoes a delicious aroma. To conclude my meal, I ordered a sorbet, whose sweet and tart flavor was a perfect end to my meal. BILL: I found the bill to be in line with the service received and the food ordered.
