Evening with friends.
The fried appetizer was good but not exceptional. The magic begins with the pizza. I chose Essenza, the best pizza in the last 10 years, with a rustic dough and quality ingredients. Impeccable service, and the staff were knowledgeable and attentive. Great wine list. Congratulations!

This was my first visit to this place. The atmosphere was clean and refined. The welcome and service were extraordinary.
Among the best pizzas I've ever eaten. Top-quality ingredients, and you can taste it. The pizza dough was light and cooked to perfection.
I definitely recommend it. My next experience will be with the various cuts of meat, which I saw served. They were definitely delicious.

I haven't been here in a couple of years, and I have to say it's still one of the best pizzerias around.
I had a smoked pizza, which the kind and professional staff also recommended.

Locale di livello superiore, pizza perfetta come il resto, personale presente e impeccabile, non do cinque stelle per quello che abbiamo speso, non è un locale per tutte le tasche, ritengo che quasi trenta euro a testa per pizza bibita e patatine condivise, siano surreali ai costi reali della materia prima.
