I found this little restaurant by pure chance while walking through the charming alleys of the island of Ortigia and I immediately wanted to book a table.
Excellent dinner, simple dishes as per tradition supported by excellent quality raw materials, all seasoned with the Sicilian authenticity, friendliness and hospitality of the owner.

An unexpected find, this restaurant, on a hot noon, that interior patio almost like an oasis. Delicious food, with local products, well prepared and presented. And a cataract at the right level of freshness and color.
Kind and calm attention.

My girlfriend and I went to dinner at this restaurant in Ortigia, despite the delay due to parking we were warmly welcomed, the owner was very kind, friendly and also very knowledgeable, he was able to recommend some truly delicious dishes, as well as helping us offered a glass of wine. The location is very suggestive, located in a side street of the main streets of Ortigia. The bill is more than honest, we ate various courses which were excellent both in terms of quality and quantity offered. We will return if we pass by Ortigia.

While tourist restaurants crowd along the seafront, Mr. Carlo manages a pearl among the charming alleys of Ortigia. With ITS vegetables it accompanies the best fish in Sicily. The fresh pasta and accompanying sauces are made with care, the service is fast and the taste never stops from the appetizer to the ammazzacaffè.

Our last evening in Syracuse was crowned with this special dinner.
From the location, to the attentive and friendly staff, and last but not least to the food, fresh fish and well-presented dishes, everything was perfect.
