We visited Corteverdechiara, and the experience was truly special. This plant-based restaurant successfully transforms seasonal ingredients into creative, carefully crafted, and flavorfully balanced dishes. The surprise menu concept is brilliant: you let the chef guide you through a menu that changes based on the freshest ingredients available, making the dinner dynamic and never predictable. Each course is a discovery, with original pairings that surprise without ever being forced. All dishes have been reimagined with a vegan twist, free from dairy and eggs, a choice that demonstrates how valuable plant-based cuisine can be without sacrificing anything. Beyond the quality of the dishes, we greatly appreciated the welcome: they offered us various extras, from the entrée to the final biscuit, creating a rare sense of care and hospitality. Even our dogs immediately felt at ease thanks to the serene and relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant, a detail that truly made a difference for us. Non tradisce mai, piatti e accostamenti fantastici. Io e la mia amica cerchiamo di tornarci in ogni stagione; ci affidiamo ogni volta senza se e senza ma al menù degustazione da cinque portate. Colori, gusti, accostamenti fantastici e un servizio eccellente. Per noi il miglior ristorante vegetariano della provincia senza alcun dubbio. Eccellente anche la carta dei vini. Non vedo l'ora di tornare

Perfect evening! Thanks to all the staff and the chef. We ate very well, it was a real experience. In my opinion, the great thing about the surprise menu is tasting dishes that you would never have ordered and discovering new flavors. I loved it. As already mentioned in other reviews, you can choose between 2 menus, one with 5 dishes including sorbet and dessert and another with 3 dishes only savory. I recommend the first, it was truly a journey of flavors! As for the price, we took 2 menus of 5 courses (plus an amuse bouche, sorbet and a dessert at the end of the dinner, in addition to the dessert) and 2 bottles of water and spent 104 euros, I would say in line with what we ate. We will definitely come back to try the new summer menu!

È un'esperienza bellissima quella che si fa in questo ristorante. Accogliente, bello e buono, tutto funziona benissimo. I piatti sono curati e raffinati, il servizio attento e gentile, i piatti vengono descritti nel dettaglio per sapere cosa stai degustando. Carta vini molto buona. Lo consiglio vivamente anche a chi potrebbe pensare, che senza certi ingredienti i piatti non sanno di nulla. Bravissimi.
