I shared a "celebration" lunch with friends and everything exceeded my expectations. The location was welcoming, the service excellent, and the food delicious, elegantly presented. I will definitely be back. It's not cheap, but the experience is definitely worth it.

This vegetarian restaurant was a wonderful culinary surprise for us. Every course was a delight. We also thought the service was excellent. If we ever come back to this area, we'd be happy to go back.

Perfect culinary experience! I was very satisfied with the experience in so many ways, and I'll list only a few so as not to reveal too much. I tried the five-course tasting menu. All the dishes were excellent and very seasonal. Each course featured many ingredients, but without ever clashing, leaving the palate both with the pleasure of savoring each individual vegetable and the enjoyment of the whole. With each course, the pleasure of what was just tasted and the curiosity to try what came next, in a continuous crescendo. My table was 3 meters from the open kitchen, which opened onto the main dining room, with no separation other than a low wall just over a meter high. Nothing unpleasant ever came from that magical place, not a noise, not a bang, not a smell. At most, a smile or a nod from the chef, just in case he noticed he was being watched. The service is also impeccable, both in terms of service, timing, courtesy, technical expertise, and presentation of the dishes. And the wine cellar? Are we talking about wines, or anything you can drink that isn't wine and still manages to delight the palate? I drank wine, and the selection is incredible, both original and unique. But despite the quality of the wines, next time I might try something different. Achieving such a high standard in a restaurant is no easy feat; it takes passion! And this emotion was evident in every detail.

Non tradisce mai, piatti e accostamenti fantastici. Io e la mia amica cerchiamo di tornarci in ogni stagione; ci affidiamo ogni volta senza se e senza ma al menù degustazione da cinque portate. Colori, gusti, accostamenti fantastici e un servizio eccellente. Per noi il miglior ristorante vegetariano della provincia senza alcun dubbio. Eccellente anche la carta dei vini. Non vedo l'ora di tornare

Perfect evening! Thanks to all the staff and the chef. We ate very well, it was a real experience. In my opinion, the great thing about the surprise menu is tasting dishes that you would never have ordered and discovering new flavors. I loved it. As already mentioned in other reviews, you can choose between 2 menus, one with 5 dishes including sorbet and dessert and another with 3 dishes only savory. I recommend the first, it was truly a journey of flavors! As for the price, we took 2 menus of 5 courses (plus an amuse bouche, sorbet and a dessert at the end of the dinner, in addition to the dessert) and 2 bottles of water and spent 104 euros, I would say in line with what we ate. We will definitely come back to try the new summer menu!
