A delightful discovery! Recommended for anyone who truly wants to try something different and delve into REAL vegetarian-vegan cuisine, not just the cheesy dishes or vegan imitations of meat or fish. The dishes are all balanced and very enjoyable (special mention goes to the fantastic dessert and the risotto). The five-course menu is perfect for discovering unusual ingredients and techniques. The service is extremely polite, elegant, and always smiling. The restaurant is very elegant, and you can sense the refinement and harmony. It's wonderful to go "blind" and be surprised, with an equally unique wine list and a selection of teas, kombucha, water kefir, and liqueurs (including non-alcoholic ones). I'll definitely be back (as a super omnivore, finally a real alternative that makes me want to come back and try again)!

This evening, on the recommendation of a friend who had heard about this place from a friend, we had dinner at Corte Verde Chiara. To be honest, I wondered if it was worth it, now that it's gotten a little cold, to drive half an hour to get vegan food. Absolutely, and I think I'll be back many more times. The place is very elegant, very refined, the service is excellent, every dish is carefully explained, served in special cups and plates, nothing is left to chance. We chose the five-course menu, and I highly recommend it to anyone who's a first-time visitor. It's an incredible experience... each dish is a medley of flavors that intertwine like a puzzle and become an explosion of flavor. Only the mastery of a great chef can create dishes like this. For me, who's new to vegan cuisine, it was a pleasant surprise. I recommend weekday evenings when the place isn't crowded, with quiet... very gentle background music... The tasting menu is top notch. I won't post any photos so as not to ruin the wow factor. The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is excellent... You have to take into account the experience you get from a dinner like this. So congratulations, very creative and original guys.
