Corten In Bologna

For the past three years, it's still the best pizza in Bologna. I always go to the downtown location on Via Garibaldi. It's a perfect Neapolitan pizza, with a tender yet crispy crust and toppings made with the finest ingredients. My favorite is the Marghe on Mars. The Corten beer is also excellent, a well-crafted IPA. However, it's precisely on the beer menu that I find them uncompetitive. Overall, the final bill is a bit pricey, but I like to think that's due to the quality of the ingredients. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

One of the best pizzerias in Bologna, with excellent selections of naturally leavened doughs. The place is small, but not very crowded, and seats are quite tight. There's a wonderful cocktail menu to choose from based on the pizza you order. Excellent selection of desserts and liqueurs. I recommend booking.

VERY good and diverse pizza with quality toppings and unique flavors. Short wait times with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only downside is the somewhat high prices given the location, which isn't exactly downtown but is convenient for a quick walk.

A contemporary pizzeria in the heart of Bologna. The place is cozy and intimate (the photos made it look larger). We ate lunch in the main room, where you can see the oven. Excellent pizzas with contemporary dough and top-quality toppings. We personally ordered a Margherita and a Diavola, a truly interesting version (it featured an excellent spicy spianata and a gorgonzola fondue to match). Overall, the sauce and mozzarella were very good. You can pair your pizza with a cocktail. Prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. In its area, this is definitely a place I would return to.

They offer ongoing promotions, including free pizza. It's a great opportunity, as it was for us, to try the new menu items. The pizzas are well-leavened and filled with fresh ingredients. The desserts are artisanal. The salted caramel cheesecake is extraordinary.

We only went to eat pizza and I have to say that it is really not 5 stars but 5000000.... Top top top really, we absolutely have to go back 😊

A welcoming place, though a bit chaotic given the small size of the pizzeria. I found the menu confusing, with so many explanations and illustrations, but it offers an interesting selection of pizzas. The pizza is good.

Looked up pizza places on trip adviser for my final night in Bologna.1st on the list was Corten No booking and they still got me on a Saturday night only had 1he but when your solo that’s plenty of time. Quick and great service great pizza and the wine recommendation was 👍🏻

Amazing pizza, drinks, desserts, everything. One margherita was free with drinks when we went.
