Corten In Bologna

1/3 Pizza was exceptional. The Marghe 2.0 with Fresh tomatoes from Agro Sarnese, creamy stracciatella from Puglia, confit tomatoes roasted by us, basil oil. This made our meal worthwhile. Other 2 were more bland.

Simply just amazing! These were the only pizzas we ate in Bologna and the choice was right. Perfect lightweight dough and delicious toppings

Excellent pizzeria in Bologna, with a particular formula that offers ad hoc cocktails to pair with pizzas. The names are fantastic as is the taste! Particular and not obvious. Digestible pizza and with good ingredients.

Nel titolo non serve altro. La pizza è tra le più buone che abbia mai mangiato, un impasto meraviglioso, digeribilità immediata. L'avvocato della diavola è proprio la mia (non sono intollerante al lattosio, ma che importanza ha?): sublime. Personale rapido, super cortese e simpatico. L'ho scoperta con un voucher promozionale e devo dire che mai consiglio commerciale fu più gradito. I miei ospiti sono rimasti entusiasti come me. Vedo che l'attenzione al cliente è presente anche qui con risposte personalizzate a ciascuna recensione. Quando uno sa fare il suo mestiere si vede. Volete sapere il costo? Non economico, ma di modi per risparmiare sulla qualità ce ne sono tanti: qui si paga assolutamente il valore giusto di ciò che si riceve. In tutti i sensi. Bravi.
