While passing through Salento, fate gifted us this magnificent experience in a truly magical place. The rooms once inhabited by Frederick II of Swabia have been transformed into a true gastronomic gem. Michele is a delightful host, and Patrizio is a young chef with exquisite taste. Local ingredients are exquisitely presented. Prices are reasonable for the quality. The location alone is worth a visit; with everything else, I'd say it's a must-see for anyone visiting the wonderful region of Puglia. Bravo!

The fish is very good and innovative, with a lot of imagination and originality that doesn't exist in this part of the country. It was really good, we were amazed. My compliments to the staff, we will gladly return. Congratulations!

The dishes are simple, meaning the ingredients are processed as little as possible to maximize their quality. The cuisine is authentic and sincere, the ingredients are excellent, and the dishes and wines are explained directly and comprehensively, without too many turns of phrase, leaving room for the authentic flavor experience of the various courses. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
