I've been coming to this place for years, and it's both business-oriented and welcoming. The staff is always very helpful, and the location is very attractive, in a setting that draws inspiration from a traditional farmhouse reinterpreted with a modern twist. There's a beautiful garden and an equally beautiful indoor dining room, with the option of dining outside.

Very nice location, quiet area, close to the highway and a few kilometers from Ascoli Piceno. Large and clean room. Good breakfast. Excellent as a base for touring holidays.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, and the atmosphere made me feel right at home. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and exceptional service — I will definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to friends and family!

06/10/2025: Local friends recommended I come here because they fried them on the spot, and to my surprise, I found vegan Ascolana olives. The prices listed here on Google are old (confirmed by what I believe was the owner). The photo shows today's prices. A bottle of Coke was €3. I paid a total of €13. For the same price, I got 6 vegan options instead of 8. These were the only vegan options available when I tried the place.

21/08/2025: It's a pleasure to find a spacious, family-friendly atmosphere in this area, in this large square with small shops, the post office, and sometimes the fair. Grandma's cooking, perhaps a little too salty for my taste. The fettuccine with mushrooms tasted like they were made with butter. It's probably just a matter of clarifying a few things with the very kind and welcoming tall waitress. The grilled porcini mushrooms were PERFECT, as was the appetizing appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, served with honey and a delicious onion sauce. Excellent house wine. We'll definitely be back. Plenty of parking spaces. Cheerful and lively atmosphere.
