Dinner with my wife and son in the beautiful village of Specchia Delicious fava bean and chicory puree accompanied by crostini and slices of rosemary focaccia Our son had a very fresh and generous seafood salad Then the delicious Salento-style sea bass and a sesame-flavored tuna steak The outdoor setting was perfect for a late summer evening Well done!

It wasn't the experience I expected from the photos and reviews. The place is rather anonymous, the food is good, but the welcome and service could be improved.

20/10/2025: Very centrally located in the beautiful Piazza Duomo. Friendly staff, and the aubergine package with L'Aura craft beer is excellent.
14/10/2025: The place is in a great location, the staff is helpful, and the Lecce coffee is good (coffee with ice cubes, topped with almond syrup).

04/10/2025: What a lovely local wood fired Pizzeria. Great value and friendly local folk. Hardly a word of English, but that doesn't matter when you are treated as a visitor rather than a tourist!
