I recently went to this pizzeria and, although the pizza was really good, the overall experience left something to be desired. Positive aspects The pizza dough is well worked, with good leavening and quality ingredients. Definitely the strong point of the place. Aspects to improve 1) Waiting times and service – The wait for the pizzas was quite long, and unfortunately the uncourteous attitude of the person who took the order didn't help. A smile and a little more availability towards customers cost nothing but make a big difference in the overall experience. 2) Gluten-free options – Here's the real sore point. I understand that not all places can offer a wide gluten-free selection, but limiting yourself to only offering cheese as a starter is a truly non-inclusive choice. Very little would be enough to make the menu more accessible: for example, the French fries are naturally gluten-free, and a simple air fryer (economical and practical) would allow them to be offered in complete safety, avoiding losing entire orders from tables that, out of solidarity, give up the appetizers (as happened in our case) 3) Surcharge for gluten-free pizza - I've never seen the €3 surcharge for gluten-free pizza, not even in Milan and Rome!! It is truly excessive considering that celiac disease is not a dietary choice, but a necessity that does not allow alternatives. Final thoughts In summary, a pizzeria with excellent potential but which, as usual, the typical indifference of Taranto people does not allow it to be exploited as it could. Let's hope for some improvements for the next visit!

Several plus points: fast service despite it being a Saturday evening; Very good pizza dough and equally good ingredients, especially the smoked burratina. Points to review: the mozzarella released a lot of water on the pizza, the meatballs were good but with a raw heart. I will definitely return, so that I can go from 3 to 5 stars. Finally, excellent quality - price.

the pizza was pleasant, as was the environment. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the excessively long wait and the fact that the pizza arrived with a hair on it.

If you want to eat a pizza worthy of its name, long leavening, therefore digestible, with local and quality ingredients, you can't help but stop in this place! Could you wait a little while to be seated if you don't book? Don't worry, it's worth it! Welcoming and competent staff, fast service, modern and clean location. If you are in TARANTO, YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST GO!

Excellent pizza, ice cold beer, everything excellent, highly recommended

Nice place, attentive staff, shame that some of the ingredients of the pizzas weren't the best, such as. the smoked buffalo mozzarella which in my opinion had been smoked chemically and not naturally leaving a bad aftertaste. Maybe if they were more careful they could improve it good current level.

The location is beautiful. The service is not suitable for large numbers. The pizza is not bad...

Fantastic location, decent pizzas, some were served undercooked

We were in the splendid Taranto on a Friday evening and we went to eat in this pizzeria... I highly recommend this pizzeria, the staff is kind, courteous and very helpful towards the customer; The place is very nice, very clean. But above all the pizza is really good, congratulations it is one of the best pizzerias in Taranto... The place abroad is very characteristic, wonderful, located in front of the swing bridge.
