Recommended for a good Italian breakfast

The food is good, the decor is cute, the waitress and staff are incredibly rude. The cappuccino was more like a latte, asked the waitress if maybe the wrong thing was understood or brought out, to which she replied “that’s a cappuccino, I don’t know what type of cappuccino you usually have”. Complained about us leaving extra change for tip so we just picked it back up and left no tip.

We visited this place for Sunday brunch, and even though we arrived 20 minutes before the kitchen closed, they greeted us warmly. Aside from the very intimate and unique atmosphere, the food was absolutely delicious: we had a turkey sandwich and a croque Mounsier, and we also tried their Coromandel cream, and we were completely satisfied! The location is also very central, so you can take a stroll afterward.

Very good brunch if you are in Rome. Too bad the waitress isn't friendlier...

I came to this place for lunch this morning. The chocolate-strawberry pancakes were excellent. I was served quickly and with a smile. A special mention goes to the cookie, warm and melting: be sure to order it!

I'd read some less-than-favorable reviews about Coromandel regarding prices, quality, and service, so I was a bit hesitant before going. My experience was actually completely different and very positive. The place is truly charming, with refined attention to detail and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was kind, friendly, and helpful: not only attentive to service, but also pleasant to stop and chat with, which I really appreciated. The food is excellent: my friend and I had breakfast there; my pancakes were excellent, the almond cappuccino was delicious, everything prepared with care and flavor. Just steps from St. Peter's and the Tiber, it's definitely worth a visit. I highly recommend booking by email, especially in the winter when the lines can be long; in the summer, however, it's a bit easier to get in. In conclusion, I recommend it (in fact, I highly recommend it!) to anyone looking for a place in the heart of Rome. I'll be back.

We stopped for lunch; the place is uniquely decorated. We had two avocado toasts, scrambled eggs and bacon, an iced tea, and two orange juices. We spent less than €20 for the three of us. The food was fresh and good. The dark-haired guy in the striped shirt who served us was kind and friendly, and I must say, he was also very nice. We'll be back for the pancakes, which we saw arriving at another table; they were very inviting and looked delicious.

A delightful place we discovered a while ago, and we always love returning when we find a table! Great for breakfast, brunch, or lunch! We had a croque madame and a turkey sandwich, both delicious. The atmosphere inside is very pleasant, a little vintage, and beautiful!

My husband and I had a late brunch here. Fast service and the food was delicious. I had the French toast and my husband had the omelette. Cute atmosphere.
