Great experience, impeccable service, full explanation of the menu by the chef himself. High-class 4-course table d'hote. One of the best places in Tarento.

Very warm welcome. Fresh fish chosen from the stall. Perfect cooking, fillets raised by the chef before our eyes. Everything is homemade. A real pleasure.

A beautiful table with impeccable service. A large wine list literally and figuratively 😉. The appetizers were original, we’ll let you discover them. We tested the antipasto to share with 2, to discover the local dishes and the chef's Maltagliati pasta and spaghetti to follow. Everything was good, there was no more room for dessert as far as we were concerned!

La Piccola Locanda

30/06/2025: What a wonderfully authentic Italian home cooked style meal we had at La Piccola Loccanda. We ate here twice it was so good and took our family the second time. Owner and cook Maddalena greeted us like long lost friends on our second visit. Fried fish cooked to order and so fresh, while the meat and various vegetables were super tasty. Do yourself a favour and visit when in Taranto, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended.
24/06/2025: Family atmosphere. Typical Taranto specialties with flavors that make you feel at home. Maddalena a great woman. Congratulations! Highly recommended.

Brace e Sapori - ristorante braceria

16/06/2025: I was a regular customer for a long time. I've always had a good experience. Then recently they changed location, I looked and found them. It was a special evening, I was coming back from work after a really hard day. I wanted to eat some good meat and I went there, asking for a takeaway. Which was rudely denied, with an "ABSOLUTELY NOT!". As if I had asked for the moon. As far as I'm concerned, I'll take my money elsewhere, where maybe they'll treat me better, telling me "I'm sorry, but it's not possible".
07/06/2025: The quality of the meat is unquestionable, the particularity of the cooking makes it even better if you want to eat you pay for the quality!!! For me it's worth it 😉
