At Core in Taranto, I tasted simply exquisite gratinated mussels, among the best I've ever had. The seafood first course was superb, rich in flavor and perfectly balanced. Making the experience even more enjoyable was Michele's kindness and professionalism, always attentive and friendly. A restaurant truly worth trying again and again!

I am a Taranto native who lives in Siena, I eat little fish, I was invited to dinner at this restaurant and I had a great time, the staff and Michele were very kind and professional, not to mention the EXCELLENT food FROM STARTERS TO FIRST AND SECOND COURSES, I highly recommend it and above all it is always busy so book.

Very nice place, located in the historic center of Taranto. What we ordered, pasta, meat, and other dishes, was very good. It was worth the search until we found a fantastic place like this. Sometimes you don't have to do anything extraordinary to be a great restaurant. We highly recommend it to everyone.

A fantastic experience. While it may seem "touristy" at first glance, it's actually a rare gem: quality ingredients, excellent and modern dishes, helpful and attentive staff, and a delightful location.
I personally loved the ravioli for the pairing and the ingredients, but overall, everything was delicious, with well-crafted and aesthetically pleasing presentation.
The price was fair and average; for two people, including appetizers, first courses, dessert, and a bottle of wine, it was about €100.
I'll definitely be back!

Very good service. A lot of fish/seafood on the menu but also a lot of other things like pasta, pizza, grilled food. We ate ravioli and linguine vongole. Very good dishes.
