14/08/2025: In my opinion, the gelato is high-quality. It's appropriately stored in a well, not displayed in a tub. Various flavors are available, including some sophisticated and unusual ones. The open-plan lab is lovely; customers are interested in knowing where their favorite treats are made. I would make one point: perhaps it's best not to leave some of the "processes" visible in the lab, otherwise it could have the opposite effect.

31/03/2026: From the outside, it might seem like a somewhat modern, anonymous trattoria, but when you enter, you breathe in the air of Emilia Romagna: out-of-this-world tortellini in broth, which fortunately they also make for takeout, pumpkin ravioli and more depending on the season, tigelle and fried gnocco—impossible not to try them with prosciutto or the amazing cold cuts with lard or stracchino cheese and a host of other things, all delicious. Highly recommended, and the prices are also super fair. Even if you don't pass by, it's worth a visit, guaranteed.
07/03/2026: A classic every time we pass by here we stop for lunch, it never disappoints everything is truly excellent absolutely recommended!!!
