The rooms are fine. Everything's good. But the food... I've experienced everything from "just get me out of here" to delicious. The restaurant service lacks both skill and experience when dealing with larger groups.

Truly a splendid hotel, extremely kind staff, excellent rooms and overall cleanliness, excellent location. I was impressed by the paintings displayed in the rooms; they truly seem to be handmade and made with sand. Congratulations to the authors. See you next time, warm regards. The art expert.

26/07/2026: Excellent restaurant in the Cavour area... it's the evening restaurant of the Hotel Piran, but it's also open to non-residents. Excellent food, as well as a fantastic wine list. Delicious desserts. Excellent service... especially Gabriele, who made us feel truly at ease with his professionalism... Well done...

11/08/2026: Excellent piadinas and fantastic customer service! ​I ordered home delivery through Glovo from La Piadineria in Roma Est, and the experience was flawless in every way. ​I made a mistake ordering a piadina and contacted them immediately by phone: they were extremely kind and available to change it on the spot, without causing any problems or complications with the order. ​The piadinas arrived still hot, fragrant, and beautifully filled with quality ingredients. Furthermore, the Glovo delivery driver even arrived earlier than expected! ​Professionalism, courtesy, and excellent quality. Highly recommended, I will definitely order again!
