Milan closed. The refined restaurant is bringing down the clergy. It's a shame for those who put in the effort, skill, and investment. But that's a more suitable location for a popular trattoria. Will the days of mulching cassoeula, rustin negàa, and the very rare cutiscia ever return? Let's hope so. Long live the Alpini and the Canottieri. 🫡

We stopped during our walk just for a coffee. The owner offered us each a slice of cake. You couldn't ask for a better welcome, and all with a smile and friendliness.

We were treated like royalty by Pietro and we loved eating there, especially the pizzas. A little tip: remember to make a reservation to fully enjoy the restaurant.

Little choice on the menu and quite high prices

I expected a slightly more rustic atmosphere and slightly lower prices. The food is very fresh and the staff is friendly, but since the location isn't on the lake, I expected the prices to be a little lower... I ate there anyway.

Incredible cuisine! This restaurant isn't easy to find, but if you're lucky and make it to the dishes, you'll finally get to try this delicacy. A very well-chosen menu, a beautiful venue, and very friendly waiters. I'm already looking forward to my next vacation to Lake Como so I can come back here.

Highly recommended. Located in the heart of the village, with beautiful and welcoming surroundings both indoors and outdoors. We were delighted to enjoy a superb grilled octopus with zucchini topped with a scoop of burrata and spaghetti with clams. I wasn't so keen on the traditional taglatelle Bolognese ragout-style dish, but it was still very good and plentiful. We finished with a superb slice of traditional tiramisu, creamy and rich in chocolate. Our indulgence was well rewarded. Furthermore, we saw superb traditional pizzas and a white pizza on neighboring tables, as well as a generous selection of fish and seafood dishes to share... We really want to come back and try them. The service was efficient and friendly. Take the time to stop by!

Moltrasina has a homely feel. An authentic, welcoming place, suspended between the sky and Lake Como, offering enchanting views and a decidedly cooler climate than the city. The atmosphere is intimate, relaxed, and instantly puts you at ease: difficult to explain, it simply has to be experienced. The cuisine is entrusted to the expert hands of Chef Gianfranco, originally from Bari Vecchia, who brings with him all the flavors and traditions of Southern Italy. The menu, largely dedicated to fish, is a tangible testament to this: carefully prepared, tasty dishes made with quality ingredients. Pizza is also available, cooked strictly in a wood-fired oven, with a carefully crafted dough and select ingredients. A garden overlooking the lake, where you can feel at home but with the pleasure of attentive service and dishes that deserve attention. An experience to be enjoyed slowly, amidst the aromas, flavors, and views that only this corner of Moltrasio can offer. Talking about it isn't enough: it has to be tasted.
