Discovered by chance this year while cycling along the streets of Lignano. Informal, very friendly place run by young people with decidedly competitive prices. Let's say HONEST. The fish courses are right and the fish is delicious. It's worth going there.

I feel it is my duty to give this place a full review because it deserves it! First the affordable prices then the excellent quality of the products and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff! I will go back every time I come to Lignano! See you next time

Large place with outside seating, friendly service, shame about the cooking of the food. Pasta overcooked, cold and sauce not mixed. Burnt grilled calamari.

Now only open on weekends in March, but unfortunately it was a bit cool in the restaurant, so one star was deducted! :-) But the staff was friendly and Dorado was digestible, especially with a very good price/performance ratio! With WOMO you can park right across the street in the large parking lot, which is also an advantage!

15/05/2025: Yesterday, for my birthday, we took a day trip to Tarvisio and ate here for the first time, and it was really good. My husband had the grilled calamari, and I had delicious pasta with tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, peperoncini, and taralli, along with a well-chosen bowl of mixed salad. After paying and tipping, which we really gladly and appropriately gave, we were treated to coffee and liqueur – thank you again for that 🥰. Yes, the service might seem a bit reserved at first, BUT – we tourists, who mostly come to Tarvisio just for a quick shopping trip or a short stopover, should remember that it's not easy for the locals to earn their living either, and we expect the red carpet to be rolled out for us?! In any case, we highly commend the food AND the service! We love the town, the beautiful landscape, and the honest, authentic people, and we'll gladly come back here for dinner on our next visit ☺️
04/03/2025: Zeer goed restaurant. Het was wel heel druk met weinig bediening. Zeer goede verse voorgerechten en hoofdgerechten. Zowel de spaghetti carbonara als pasta met hert was zeer aan te raden. De wijnen paste uitstekend bij de gerechten. Een aanrader voor een goede avond uit eten.

30/09/2024: Locale turistico ma con una buona cucina. Menu ampio, propone sia pizze che piatti tradizionali. Tutto buono, veramente ottimi gli spaghettoni all'Astice, peccato che nel menu non fosse indicata la piccantezza che ha creato qualche difficoltà. Prezzi accettabili e in linea con la concorrenza della zona. Unico problema l'affollamento, forse perchè era domenica. Il locale era strapieno nonostante i tavoli talmente vicini che i camerieri stentavano a passare, il consguente vociare era al limite del sopportabile.
12/09/2024: Abbiamo cenato un sabato di inizio settembre 2024.Siamo stati moltissime volte sia a cena sia a pranzo mangiando pizza o cucina. Devo dire però che le volte che siamo stati quest’anno abbiamo trovato una notevole differenza di qualità e gusto rispetto agli anni passati . Mi riferisco alla pizza in particolare , secondo i nostri gusti peggiorata notevolmente. Il servizio abbastanza attento ma la persona che fa sedere le persone per niente professionale. Inoltre non si può sentire urlare continuamente il pizzaiolo con la cucina per coordinare le uscite dei piatti . Prezzi potevano essere in linea con la qualità proposto alcuni anni fa ma ora avendo abbassato qualità e servizio sono troppo alti.
