I wanted to try this place despite the bad reviews. It was a great experience, the food was really good. I wasn't expecting it... excellent fish. Recommended

Excellent seafood restaurant. The grilled calamari was delicious, as was the spaghetti alla marinara, which was tasty and well-made. The fried calamari was also light and crispy. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. We recommend it.

We ate well. The fish was fresh and the dishes were well prepared. We loved the grilled and fried calamari, and the spaghetti marinara was also tasty. The service was friendly and the atmosphere pleasant. A place we'll gladly return to.

L' Oasi del pesce is an experience similar to a festival where substance counts more than form. The fish is very fresh, abundant and well cooked, and the format is that of "self service" with the addition of a waiter who takes orders and delivers them. It was created to allow everyone to have a healthy fish meal spending a modest amount compared to the more commercial restaurants available in Lignano. A bonus is the friendliness of the waiters and the owner, who at the end of the meal offer you coffee or a liqueur. There is seating both inside and outside, and there are no parking problems.

06/08/2025: Sempre eccellente.. antipasto di crudo crudo ed ancora crudo ottimo ed accompagnato da un favoloso wasabi. Pizze gourmet eccellenti, l’omaggio alla regina Margherita ha un pomodoro sontuoso.
04/06/2025: Per quanto mi riguarda io ho mangiato il 30 maggio Siamo stati bene, ho preso un ottima grigliata di verdure e spaghetti alle vongole molto molto buoni. nel complesso mi sono trovata benissimo sono stati anche veloci a servire.

Ai Gelsi

03/07/2025: I stayed at the Ai Gelsi hotel for one night. The structure is not too pretentious, but the rooms are clean and overall tidy. The shower and hairdryer were quite dated and not very functional. The staff at the reception were very kind, polite and professional, a good point in their favour. The hotel restaurant offers good food, but unfortunately the service was disappointing: the waiters were slow and distracted, I had to wait a long time both to sit down and to order.
28/05/2025: The hotel is the same as always, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. There is a large parking lot. The breakfast is limited but complete with the basics, even if there is no savory option. They could put labels on the croissants, since they were cream or apricot, they could not be distinguished, I wanted an empty croissant and I did not find one. The negative point: I do not understand the need of the breakfast girl to make so much noise and drag the chairs, giving blows to things. It was 9 in the morning, there was still time to finish, and there were few tables. She seemed angry for some reason or wanted to chase away.
