The mature, blonde cashier, with short hair and light eyes, is downright unpleasant and mean. She should be told that working with the customer requires a lot of patience and kindness, right up until the last minute before closing time. Ultimately, I only go to this supermarket because I can't help it.

My experience was positive, but I definitely wouldn't go back to this firm after about 18 years. I have a lot of trust in Paolo and Sabrina; I've always known them, because I consider them to be serious people who have worked hard and deserve the best.
