I have never been to this restaurant and for me it was a real discovery: the appetizer was nothing short of fantastic, the first courses fabulous, the service excellent; sensational location, comfortable and well-kept. Very kind and helpful staff for every situation. Highly recommended

Roberto has an amazing restaurant! The food is a culinary experience and every bite was a delight! It was our last meal in Italy after 3 weeks and we truly enjoyed! Roberto is professional and friendly and takes care of the tourists walking in as well as the local Italians!

Dinner with family passing through Fiumicino. We found excellent products, good wine and lots of courtesy. We would highly recommend it - if I were to return to Fiumicino I would definitely go there.

bel locale, moderno, elegante con tocchi vintage. titolari simpatici e molto preparati. ottima scelta del menù ed eccellenti materie prime e presentazione dei piatti. antipasti variegati e di ottima fattura, carne eccellente. i prezzi sono adeguati al locale ed ai prodotti usati. consigliato sia per cene intime di coppia che con amici.

I went to Contro Corrente for dinner and I must say that the experience was really pleasant. The restaurant is modern, with attention to detail and a relaxing atmosphere. I ate well-cooked traditional Roman dishes. The service was friendly and attentive. Prices in line with the quality offered.

Sono stato da Contro Corrente per una cena e devo dire che l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. Il locale è moderno, curato nei dettagli e con un’atmosfera rilassante. Ho mangiato piatti della tradizione romana ben cucinati. Il servizio è stato cordiale e attento. Prezzi in linea con la qualità offerta.

15/05/2025: Great little pizza spot in Rione Monti! Felt very local. I was there early when it wasn't too busy, but I was staying in the area and saw that it was a community hot spot later in the evening - lots of fun.
