After two excellent experiences, it fully deserves five stars. The atmosphere is informal yet refined and welcoming, with the colors and aromas of home. Meat dishes, as per Tuscan tradition, compliments to the chef and all the staff. We'll be back again.

The restaurant is well-organized, with homemade stuffed pasta, delicious toppings and pairings. The pigeon paired with sautéed chard was delicious. The desserts were also good, and the ciambellone cakes served with coffee and a refreshing drink were excellent and very delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive. Thank you for your attention. What many Tuscan restaurateurs have missed.

A culinary experience I highly recommend. The dishes I chose were well-prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The sirloin with lard and pioppini mushrooms was a must-try... sublime. The staff was exceptional, always attentive and helpful, and never intrusive. I appreciated their wine list, with its many local labels. I would return!!

Locale accogliente e curato in ogni dettaglio, personale gentile, preparato e molto simpatico, cibo ottimo, i piatti sono ben eseguiti, ricchi di carattere e sapore una vera delizia per il palato..ed i dolci…da leccarsi i baffi…consigliatissimo

13/10/2025: The dishes are beautifully crafted and extremely tasty. The friendly and helpful staff contribute to a high-quality dining experience. The fried rabbit and ragù, in particular, were exceptional, as was the appetizer.
22/09/2025: I've known it for years and have been coming here for a long time. The food is good and the service is good, but the waitress was rather distracted tonight. We asked for burgers with the burger bun on the side, and she brought us regular bread. We asked for a portion of cantuccini, and she only brought us one. I'm always a thank you person, but tonight, given the girl's attitude, I left without thanking her. Out of politeness, I'm used to saying thank you and "please" with every request, and we received only superficial remarks.

Ristorante Albergo Quattro Gigli

26/10/2025: Feel at home even before you arrive. Our main contact was Raffaela, who contacted us on the day of our arrival and provided us with check-in instructions when we arrived later than expected. She speaks several languages ​​besides Italian, including Spanish and English. All the staff we came in contact with were charming. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The location was perfect, just two minutes from free public parking, well-located for exploring key points of Tuscany. It also has an elevator.
04/10/2025: We stayed at this hotel for three days, and the experience couldn't have been better. From the first moment we stayed, we felt very comfortable: the rooms were impeccable, always clean and tidy, and the breakfast was perfect, both in terms of the quality of the food and the service. The attention from the entire staff was excellent, from the breakfast team to the hotel management and everyone else. The location is ideal for easily exploring all of Tuscany, making it a perfect starting point for any trip. We would also like to especially thank you for offering us a superior room with better views, as we were traveling for a business photo shoot. This gesture made us much more comfortable and relaxed, which made all the difference in our stay. In short, we are truly happy and eager to come back. Thank you for everything!
