A restaurant with an intimate and quiet atmosphere. My partner and I dined at this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised; it stands out from the general offerings in Viterbo's historic center. Excellent, balanced dishes and courteous, attentive service. We will definitely return.

We returned to this restaurant and it proved to be a good choice. The salmon and fried calamari (the accompanying sauce was delicious), as were the marinated anchovies and shrimp tartar. Only the raw ham, served without ice, was less enjoyable. The desserts were excellent and beautifully presented. Attentive and prompt service.

Had dinner at this restaurant on Saturday evening. A very positive experience. The dishes were very interesting, both in terms of presentation and quality of the ingredients. Everything was very good, reasonably priced for the quality. I recommend it.

A poorly signposted restaurant in the center of Viterbo, with excellent food. The only drawback is the small tables and the lack of adequate coat storage, with coats hanging over the seats. The meat menu is limited, but the seafood is good.

A very good restaurant in every way. A lovely atmosphere, beautifully set tables, and professional, yet personalized service. And above all, the food was delicious: tasty pasta and fantastic tuna. Attention to detail was the finishing touch: a shared starter was neatly served on two separate plates.

Here we are. A restaurant where five stars aren't enough. The chef truly knows his craft: every dish demonstrates technique, passion, and absolute respect for the ingredients. From appetizers to first and second courses, the freshest fish is at its best in combinations that surprise without ever being overwhelming. Unfortunately, we didn't try the meat dishes or desserts this time—we're just putting them off until our next visit, which will surely be soon. One recommendation above all: the shrimp and orange tagliolini, simply perfect. A rare balance of delicacy and character, where aromas and flavors blend in a harmony that lingers.

I've been in Italy for over two weeks and this was by far the best food I have had. Everything was so delicious. The drinks, the aperitifs and the main meal. Even the bread with the local olive oil was delicious. The service was also great. You need to come here if you're in Viterbo. I highly recommend this place.

We had such a great time that we returned the next evening, specifically to celebrate my birthday. The quality of the food is astonishing: the raw fish, for those of us who love them, was amazing; the menu is full of refined dishes, original combinations, and unique flavors that transform dinner into a truly sensory experience. The staff is friendly, cheerful, and highly professional: they make you feel welcomed and pampered, in an intimate, elegant atmosphere with attention to every detail. My sincere compliments to Tiziano, his dining room staff, and the kitchen staff: their work is impeccable. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to treat themselves not just to a dinner, but to an unforgettable memory.
