A great restaurant with some very good food!
I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here last night. So did my entire family!
Two slight criticisms: the mussels were tasty but probably frozen, it would have been nice to know that before ordering. The pasta wasn’t very hot, my wife even sent hers back to get warmed up (she still felt it could have been hotter.) But overall great food, good service and a nice friendly atmosphere. I would certainly return.
The pictures tell the story… just save room for the final chapter of dessert! My favorite was the pistachio tiramisu!

Consigliato da un amica del settore e dalle buone recensioni abbiamo deciso di provare . Qualità del cibo buona , pesce fresco ma piatti di quantità minima o ridicola sia nei primi e sia nei secondi , dolce particolare . spesa un po’ eccessiva 65 euro a testa senza vino .

It is always a great pleasure to dine in this restaurant, for me the best in Viterbo where you can eat fish and drink good wine. I've been back several times now and I must say that I always leave extremely satisfied with both the food and the service. I cannot give 5 stars due to the extraction system which could be improved, unfortunately every time I returned home with my clothes and hair smelling of fried food. All the dishes are a riot of taste and refinement, I recommend the prawn tartare on polenta chips and soy mayonnaise and the raw dishes in general (all very fresh and of excellent quality). I leave a photo of last week's raw dishes, unfortunately today we were very hungry and gluttony took over the beauty of all the dishes.

The restaurant is located in the historic center of Viterbo. It is an intimate, elegant and very refined place, which combines traditional and modern styles.
The staff is very kind and the service offered is of great quality, as are the dishes on the menu.

There are many restaurants in Viterbo but finding one with such high quality raw materials is not easy.
I was lucky enough to taste a carpaccio of eggs with rocket, parmesan, oil and lemon.
Roasted octopus on a cream of courgettes, seasoned tomatoes and courgette flowers. Second course mixed grill, squid, scampi and prawns and excellent frying.
For dessert, a chocolate brownie with salted caramel, toasted cashews and wonderful coconut mousse.
Two glasses of Verdicchio di Jesi.
Excellent service from the young waiter Roberto.
Fair price for the freshness and preparation of the dishes.
Highly recommended if you want to eat well.

Michelin star quality food. The photos say it all. The mussels and risotto probably the best I’ve ever had. The tuna and pistachio tiramisu also amazing. Nero d’avola yum. Enjoy it while it’s still incredibly affordable !

I recommend this excellent restaurant, customer care is directly proportional to the refinement of the raw materials and the proposals. Sea and land dishes, we opted for the fish, all truly excellent. Thanks for the experience, see you soon!

A top restaurant in the center of Viterbo, quite small but simple and very beautiful location. All the staff were very friendly and professional. Moving on to the menu, this includes both land and sea dishes, we opted for the latter. In our case (two people) the dishes chosen were 4 starters, 2 first courses and 2 desserts:
Catalan-style prawns,
Tuna tartare with ricotta mousse, sweet and sour onion, chopped pistachios, Carasau bread,
Sea bass carpaccio, wild blackberries with truffle, valerian, sweet and sour onion gel
Reserve smoked black tail salmon
Spaghettoni with cheese and pepper, shrimp and lime tartare
Watercolor rice, shellfish bisque, raw prawn, candied lemon, burrata, parsley gel
2 Cocoa shortcrust pastry, hazelnut namelaka, salted caramel, raspberries, Maldon salt for dessert
What can I say, all the dishes have their own peculiarity with elaborate processing, each one turned out to be excellent, the waiting times were just right to enjoy each course; at the end of the meal, contrary to what some of the reviews say, I didn't wake up hungry at all, but extremely satisfied.
I consider the price of €132 to be absolutely correct for the quality of the fish and the service offered.
