Welcoming place, very kind and attentive staff, excellent food, excellent raw fish! Good wine cellar. Recommended!

This is a place you either love or hate. In some ways, it's a top-notch restaurant, but in others, they could improve. The quality of the ingredients used is very high, and the dishes are beautifully plated, but the quality of the food itself varies. I had delicious fried food, light and crispy, served with a delicious homemade mayonnaise, but other dishes, like the spaghetti with clams, were bland and flavorless. The portions are very small, and the prices are very high. They have outdoor tables, but unfortunately, they face directly onto the street, so they're not in the best location.

Delicious, authentic food! The Danish steak was delicious, and the grilled tuna was also wonderful! Highly recommended with reasonable prices! Very well-prepared and friendly.

We love Contrasto Ristorante. We came back the next day for another wonderful lunch. Everything is delicious from Raw seafood to pasta and meat dishes. you will be happy here!

Un’esperienza complessivamente positiva: abbiamo mangiato ottimo cibo e provato ottimi prodotti, il menù è vario e originale, la location pulita ed elegante, i prezzi giusti seppur sopra la media. Peccato per qualche piccolo problema con il servizio (45 minuti di attesa tra la seduta e la prima portata, vino bianco senza secchiello per il ghiaccio, e altre piccole accortezze che ci si aspetta in un ristorante del genere) ma comunque sempre errori comprensibili considerata la serata piena. Inoltre, va detto, i camerieri si sono scusati a più riprese per l’attesa esagerata, figlia evidentemente di un misunderstanding con la cucina. Contiamo di tornare per vivere un’ esperienza ancora migliore e modificare la recensione in 5 stelle. A presto!

Nel corso di un nostro breve soggiorno a Viterbo,attratti dalle positive recensioni e dalle belle foto dei piatti pubblicate su instagram,abbiamo deciso di prenotare una cena presso questo ristorante.Ambiente carino ,atmosfera serena con personale giovane, bravo ,che ha voglia di migliorarsi.Proposte non esagerate ma ben presentate ed eseguite.Materie prime di assoluta qualità,a noi è piaciuto tantissimo l'antipasto di crudo di pesce ,qualità Top!Certamente più avanti torneremo a trovarvi,assolutamente da provare!
