I let myself be guided by the reviews to try it. Good quality of the dishes, I appreciated the savory Maritozzo with coratella, never tried before. Spaghettoni all'amatriciana is a classic to try. Quiet environment, even though I went very early, I appreciated the background music. Attentive service.

Nice and welcoming restaurant in via Gallia, you can eat well at a reasonable price.
Giudia style artichokes with crunchy leaves and a soft heart that are just a little too greasy. Spaghettoni alla gricia well made with cream and bacon with the right crunchiness. Definitely a positive experience.

Cucina romana di ottimo livello, chef Daniele Iafolla è una garanzia in tal senso, con tutti prodotti preparati al momento ed in casa, dalla pasta ai dolci, dal pane ai maritozzi.
Mi ha impressionato il 'maritozzo burrata, alici di Cetara e puntarelle'.
Ottima l'accoglienza ed il servizio.

Service was outstanding. The tasting menu was brilliant and stories from the server brought us closer to Roman and Italian cuisine. Would recommend a little shot of Amaro as a nice closure to sn overall great dinner 😎

The place immediately appears welcoming and with refined and refined furnishings. The tasting formula (starter, first course, second course and dessert for €30) proves to be perfect in terms of both quantity and quality. Finally, the service is attentive and helpful. Absolutely must try!

Informal place with very friendly service. The menu is a succession of dishes that "ohh I want this!"
They have a nice tasting menu but it has to be taken by the whole table and I didn't like this but they are choices that I respect and therefore we chose various dishes so that we could taste more delights.
Excellent homemade fettuccine with artichokes, mint and pecorino. Very good carbonara, balanced but I would have preferred, it's a personal taste, the bacon in pieces instead of slices. Excellent cabbage with potatoes, boiled in a very interesting piccapó style and finally the fried cod with sweet and sour onion on chickpea purée excellent.
Next time I'll try the dessert.

Excellent I would say everything. We had 5 starters and 3 first courses. Wine, water. Three desserts, two grappas and a bitter.
