Trattoria in the historic and central part of Turin. The cuisine is good and the service is good, the wine list is extensive but with rather high prices compared to the wines available.

A culinary experience to be experienced at all costs. The dishes are very well prepared with excellent ingredients, fantastic bread, great choice of wines. Absolutely worth trying. Excellent quality/price ratio

A hell of an experience, everything is excellent, tasty, well presented and super well served. A warm atmosphere in this very small place which perfectly masters the rules of the art. A treat, I will come back soon!

Attratti dalle buone recensioni della guida Michelin e dagli svariati “gagliardetti “ affissi sulla porta d’ingresso, abbiamo voluto provare questo posto. Il personale è molto cortese, l’ambiente è carino, ma il cibo non è nulla di che. Non saprei come definire questo luogo francamente.. Di contro i prezzi sono inutilmente alti Non ci tornerei e non lo consiglierei

Contest food is a little jewel in the heart of Turin. I enter and am greeted by the owner, attentive and kind, who, seeing that I am cold, invites me to sit down and offers me a glass of bubbles. Excellent dinner. Dishes prepared and never banal. Interesting wine list. Very honest prices. Well done!

Buena comida. Creativo y delicioso. Tomamos vino de Piemonte que era perfecto para acompañar la comida. El restaurante es bastante pequeño y por un par de momentos durante la cena tuvimos la impresión de estar sobre servido, pero todos eran agradables y acogedores. 105 € por dos antipasti, dos primi y 4 copas de vino. Lo disfruté mucho.

24/12/2024: Excellent experience at "Il Bisogno", with genuine and well-prepared dishes that highlight the quality and craftsmanship of the ingredients! We tried two specialties: pumpkin gnocchi with amaretto and Sorrento-style gnocchi au gratin. Both dishes were delicious, with handmade, all-potato dumplings that melted in your mouth. The combination of flavors was perfect, with the sweetness of the pumpkin and the aroma of the amaretto marrying beautifully, while the Sorrento version offered irresistible comfort food. The desserts are also excellent!!! We tasted the trifle and pistachio tiramisu, both home-made. I highly recommend "Il Bisogno", a culinary experience to remember!

25/12/2024: I came across this restaurant by chance and we were pleasantly surprised! Very elegant and refined environment. Really high quality and refined food. I ate the best egg of my life. Incredible how they managed to enhance such a simple ingredient. The price is proportionate to what they offer. Super recommended
