If you are in Taranto, passing through or for a short/long period, you cannot miss eating at Conte, a cuisine of fresh seafood. The restaurant next to the most renowned fishmonger in Puglia, boasts delicious dishes also thanks to the supply of this fishmonger, yesterday I stopped because both my wife and I wanted a nice seafood risotto, to say that it was excellent is an insult to excellence, we had seconds, before the risotto we also tasted three types of raw fish appetizers, sooooooo good. If you want to eat seafood, do not get lost in restaurants that have no tradition, go safe and you will not regret it. I am proof of this 😋

A true excellence! This place perfectly combines the quality of a well-stocked fish shop with the goodness of a refined and tasty gastronomy. The fish is always very fresh, selected with great care, and the ready dishes are a triumph of taste: from the crispy fry to the tender octopus, everything is cooked with skill. The staff is friendly, competent and always available to recommend the best of the day. A point of reference for those who love to eat well and with quality! I just had the pleasure of having lunch at the restaurant, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience!
The restaurant offers a variety of fresh fish dishes, expertly prepared and served impeccably.
Each course was a riot of flavours, from the starters to the simply delicious spaghetti and sea urchins.
The service was impeccable, with welcoming staff who were very attentive to our every need.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is relaxed and welcoming.
The quality of the fish is absolutely superior, each dish conveyed the freshness and authenticity of the sea.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves seafood and is looking for an unforgettable dining experience. I will definitely be back to try other dishes.
