Highly recommended for any activity in Merano

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel offers a very nice ambience and a pleasant atmosphere among the guests.

Only conditionally recommended: noisy rooms, average food, but mostly friendly staff. Relatively reasonable prices for Merano.

The sauna is nice, as is the swimming pool. However, my room faced the street, making it very noisy at night. Cars rattled down the street all night long, and there were also the sounds of delivery traffic.

We booked a double room with a balcony and half board. The rooms are large, well-maintained, and very clean; the table in the room could have been larger – a second armchair would have been nice, too. The balcony, with its table and two chairs, was very usable. The room had air conditioning with no time restrictions, which was very good. The bathroom was sufficiently large, with a first-class shower. The soundproof windows held up well. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable; our private Magenta TV stick worked perfectly and smoothly. The only downside: a very small TFT monitor – which was also set too high :-( The pool/garden was great; also the whirlpool and the bright (large glass) sauna. Two bus stops in the immediate vicinity; fantastic! The staff – really all of them! – were natural, attentive, and always competent and friendly. Food: Breakfast was all there – except for the fried egg with bacon >shame< and fish (...but do you really need fish at 9 a.m.!?). In the evening, there were two set menus to choose from – and if necessary, you could also choose from the children's menu (fries/pasta - schnitzel, etc.). [We found the price/wine for dinner at 0.1 L in the glass to be excessive. Beer, etc., was fine! ... My suggestion: Please improve the wine list here; there could be some improvement 😏 ] Conclusion: Nice vacation – nice hotel 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♂️

A great hotel located just above Merano, yet the center is a quick walk or bus ride away. The food (half-board) is excellent. The beautiful pool and the well-maintained wellness area are particularly noteworthy. There's even a separate lobby with loungers and a whirlpool for families. The rooms were very clean, the staff exceptionally friendly, and we felt completely welcome as a family.

The location is very central, and Merano is truly beautiful. The hotel has everything: a pool, a spa area with a sauna and whirlpool, a rooftop terrace, and bathrobes and towels are available at reception. The staff is very friendly! There aren't many parking spaces at the hotel, but luckily we always had a spot.

Beautiful atmosphere, excellent food, friendly staff. Highly recommended hotel.

Cosy hotel with excellent service, very good and varied menu, at walking distance from Merano's city center. Roof terrace with a lovely view. Nice swimming pool.
