The lack of service is intentional. The place is spartan but well-organized. It's spotlessly clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The pizza is excellent, both in terms of ingredients and flavor. You can smell the authentic aromas of the pizza: excellent tomato and basil.

A small place where you can enjoy a variety of truly gourmet pizzas, featuring a variety of ingredients inspired by Salento cuisine. A simple yet welcoming location where absolutely nothing is missing! You can also order takeout pizzas. The limited table service, however, is typical of the place, and after your first order, you have to go get your drinks when they're ready, while the pizzas are served at your table in takeout boxes. The tables are lovely, some of which have been diverted by construction equipment. PS: Remember to throw bottles, glasses, napkins, and anything else you used during your meal into the designated bins provided by the restaurant. In conclusion, I think it's a truly unique place where you can eat really well and spend time with friends in a relaxed atmosphere. Recommended!
