Refined food, beautiful to look at and taste.., the first course of wild boar ravioli was not very balanced to my taste. As for the dessert... I got the white chocolate cake... A little disappointed because I imagined it had more character... but it tasted very little of whiskey and chocolate.

I had dinner at this restaurant with my partner for my birthday a few nights ago. We tasted the new tasting menu with matching wines: - Tomato soup, stracchino cream and broad beans (amuse-bouche) - Fassona tartare, date cream, tart, passion fruit, walnuts - Onion tatin with liver - Tajarin gray rabbit from Carmagnola, mint and elderberry reduction - Cinta Senese pig, 3 leek consistencies, mustard sauce with yogurt - Acai sauce on mango parfait (pre-dessert) - Pear ice cream, coconut foam, meliga biscuit - Chocolate, porcini mushrooms, beetroot, moscato zabaglione Successful combination of dishes and matching wines. Attentive and accurate service. The candle on the cake was much appreciated, after knowing that that day was my birthday. A round of applause to chef Paolo and his collaborators!

Special dinner for a special birthday! Tasting menu with super wine pairing! We tried the new menu, freshly created! A food and wine journey between contrasts of taste and emotions! All seasoned with a fantastic atmosphere! Absolutely worth trying for a particular event or simply for a different experience than usual! Very high level of Chef Paolo Cecchi and all his staff! Excellent fine dining in a very small and quite unique place. Welcomes you in a “living room” setting. The Menu Degustation was fantastic. As they are small, they don’t offer wine pairing. The slow cooked egg was amazing, the tagliatelle excellent. Lived the beetroot ice cream with dense chocolate mousse

Altra bella e buona serata scandita dai piatti del menù degustazione dello chef. Tutti molto buoni sia per qualità delle materie prima che per preparazioni (mancato un po' di sapore ai tajarin, ma subito compensato con tutti gli altri piatti). Piccola nota da migliorare: la preparazione del cameriere, sia sui vini che su altri dettagli del servizio, comunque cordiale. Peccato essere seduto all'unico tavolo senza legno, sono sicuro trattasi di una sfortunata coincidenza, ci ritornerò sicuramente volentieri. Giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo.
