Christmas Eve dinner, we ate wonderfully, the dishes were prepared with attention to detail, the flavors authentic, everything perfect. Excellent service, thanks to all the staff who made this a wonderful experience!

We were there on Wednesday for lunch, we were 11 people, we were welcomed with great kindness and professionalism, the cuisine was excellent, especially the appetizer, a marvel even for vegetarians, everything was perfect for my daughter's party for the grade, we will definitely be back, applause to the chef

I ate well, but it's a shame there was a private party nearby (rude children and parents) that disturbed the dinner. The gnocchi were excellent, the guinea fowl was excellent, and the lentils (local) could have been a little more daring. The dessert has a few flaws: a white chocolate sphere with tiramisu inside and a dark chocolate drizzle. This, however, wasn't hot enough to create the classic wow effect that opens from the top, and above all, it wasn't dark! To warm it up, they add whipped cream, without specifying which (effectively making it milky). Leave it dark! I'd return... but I don't feel like giving it 5 stars.

We tried starters, pastas, mains and desserts and everything was incredible! The chef greeted us with a big smile and the staff were lovey. I would definitely go back, 100% approved!

The food is truly delicious, every dish carefully crafted and bursting with flavor. The staff is incredibly kind and professional, always smiling. The location is stunning, welcoming, and well-maintained, perfect for enjoying a lovely evening. The price is fair and absolutely in line with the quality. Highly recommended.

A fantastic dinner, attentive service, and a charming setting—this alone would be enough to describe the experience, but it would be an understatement. I dined at Connubio a few weeks ago and was extremely satisfied. I had asked the chef in advance if vegan options were available, and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't expect to have a true Michelin-starred experience. Chef Luca was given complete freedom, and he truly excelled with a series of exquisite, sophisticated dishes, all crafted from top-notch ingredients. Highly recommended!

I could align myself with the more common and ordinary reviews in which many lavishly evaluate the cooking of the dishes, the timing with which the dish arrives at the table, the creative value of the chef, but I WILL NOT. I will avoid taking on the honor and burden of imparting unsolicited prejudices and judgments, especially since I have never passed any culinary exam. What I focus on, rather, is the intention and the result with which this essential yet not minimal setting with its white tablecloths NEVER fails. All this by gathering and welcoming all its guests, driven by the one ESSENCE we all truly need: that of making us feel "AT HOME." The courage, tenacity, and perseverance with which a family-run business has reshaped its family to remain here today at our service and yours are admirable and universally indisputable. If you are looking for a place to connect, observe, consider, and consolidate thoughts, emotions, and feelings, do so here, articulating and engaging with culinary magic that will certainly be the right recipe, the perfect union for a UNIQUE experience.

08/12/2025: I'm so happy I ate at this restaurant; the staff was wonderful, as was the food. The mountain setting is perfect for a lovely family afternoon. The food arrived super quickly, in about 10-15 minutes, even though there were a lot of us. The restaurant has a bar, a pub, and a restaurant with a beautiful fireplace that gives it a mountain cabin feel. It's a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Agriturismo La Mandra-Zompo lo Schioppo

14/09/2025: What a gem this is! A fifteen-minute walk from the Lo Schioppo campsite via Piano Sacramento. Opening hours aren't very clear, but on this Sunday afternoon, the restaurant was open for lunch. Simple and delicious food, reasonably priced, and the cheesecake for dessert was absolutely fantastic!
20/08/2025: My experience at La Mandra restaurant was undoubtedly positive. The location is stunning, surrounded by greenery and just steps from the entrance to the "Zompo Lo Schioppo" nature reserve, which I recommend visiting early in the morning and then having lunch at this excellent restaurant. The establishment also offers a B&B service. Lunch, which I had the pleasure of experiencing on two different occasions, with friends and family, began with a tasty appetizer of local cured meats, accompanied by olives and grilled vegetables prepared authentically in-house. The first courses consist of excellent homemade fresh pasta, such as fettuccine, gnocchi, or ravioli (filled with excellent ricotta) topped with sauces (ragù or tomato and basil) or other very tasty preparations (truffle or boscaiola). For the second courses, we opted for excellent and generous mixed roasts accompanied by equally delicious side dishes; we particularly enjoyed the broccoli and seasoned tomatoes. A wide selection of homemade desserts, including an excellent Neapolitan pastiera, and a special mention for the exquisite baked cheesecake, which is quite rare in Italy. A special mention also goes to the gentian liqueur, highly recommended after a meal with coffee. We were greeted by the family-run staff with great helpfulness and courtesy. On one of our visits, even our big dog, Charlie, was welcomed with open arms. The indoor and outdoor spaces and bathrooms are spotless, the prices are reasonable, and the quality is excellent. We'll be back and highly recommend it.
