Very nice place, clean, very welcoming

The rooms lack a little modernity but they are very very very clean. For everything else, nothing to say, it's perfect. The team is very friendly and helpful. If you like peace and quiet and have a car, it's the ideal place to spend a pleasant stay, whether you are a couple (like us) or with children and/or pets, it's very secure. Thank you to the staff for their kindness

A very well-managed facility, similar to a mini-resort, very clean and well-maintained, and strategically located between the inland towns of lower Salento and the seaside town of Santa Cesarea. Shaded parking is available in a beautiful pine forest, and the swimming pool is located in the center of the property, easily accessible from all rooms in the residence. Barbecue areas and laundry facilities are located throughout, and greenery dominates everywhere, with plants, trees, and flowers of various colors and types. I recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing, peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of crowded summer destinations. The paintings displayed in the rooms, depicting nature and the typical landscapes of Salento, are also beautiful.

Beautiful relaxing apartment. Lovely good size pool, never busy. Easy walk into town or access to nature walks.

Quiet, well-maintained, flowery, airy, and easily accessible establishment. Helpful staff. Beautiful pool. Shaded and secure parking. I didn't have the opportunity to try out many of the services, hence the 4 and not 5 stars.

This is our second year back, and I think we'll be back in the coming years. The location is ideal, the service is excellent, and the staff is truly excellent. I recommend it to families, couples, or groups of friends.

We had a wonderful week in this Residence. Super location, comfortable apartments, the swimming pool was a real blessing in the summer heat. Mattia at the reception is a real treasure, always at disposal, helpful, ready with very useful information on the region around. Congratulation also to receptionist ladies and the entire staff, smiling, friendly, making our stay a real relaxing holiday.

Very warm welcome, very clean residence, beautiful location, very quiet, pretty swimming pool, the only noise is the song of the cicadas, rather nice, close to the seaside, beautiful places, experience lived in June

Small holiday residence on well kept premises, just outside of town. Out of (high) season haven of peace. Full of flowers. Pool with in the early season enough beds en parasols. Plain but comfortable appartments, with everything you might need. Within a few minutes you'll be on the coastal driveway, dotted with many small coves and two communal 'vascerelle' - natural sea swimming pools with crystal clear water. In june everything was in full bloom, so eye candy for us. Only sad thing: this zone was known for its olivegroves en high quality olive oil. Many of them are dying because of the xylella bacterie, that struck farmers hard. Villages in this part of Puglia are still very authentic.
